Just over a month ago my fiancé and i stopped by Sleep Country and had the absolute best time bed shopping. Mark made it a very enjoyable experience. He is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and gave us alot of insight about all the different kinds of beds. Even though when we went to Sleep Country that day they were very busy with lots of people in the store, Mark was still very attentive and also respectful and not pushy at all. One thing i most appreciate is that even though Mark was attentive, he also gave myself and my fiancé some space to lay on beds and be alone for a little bit to have a discussion and he didnt stand there hovering over us like in other experiences i had at different furniture stores. We found the bed for us and have loved it ever since. Fast forwarding to today, i was pillow shopping and i really wanted to go back to Sleep Country and so we went back and had another great experience. Even though it wasnt Mark this time helping us, it was Judah, when we went to go and pay, Mark helped us and he remembered us and was following up with us regarding our bed and was also providing more helpful advice for our pillows that we bought. All in all, my fiancé and i had great experiences with Sleep Country and we will definitely go back. Thank you to Mark and Judah for providing us with great experiences.

We were helped by John. This was our first time purchasing a new bed and had no clue where to begin. John spent lots of time with us, he helped to try and narrow down a mattress and adjustable base that would work for us. John let us try out multiple options, he went above and beyond and was very informative. We did not feel pressured or rushed. We purchased a Casper and an adjustable base! We can’t wait to try it!! Thank you John!!

Worst customer service from John. Very rude and pushy. Will not go there again. I will never buy from a place with such bad customer service.

I had a bad experience today whilst going into Sleep Country’s store in Abbotsford to check out the prices of mattresses.
The salesperson John was very arrogant and rude. I didn’t feel free to look around as he was being pushy. I will not be going into that store again.

Issue with Mattress warranty. Keep getting directed to call company warranty but they are useless too. Says 10 year warranty but as soon as there is an issue good luck.

I had quite specific needs when it came to purchasing a new bed. I was helped by Owen and John. They both spent considerable amounts of time with me to try and narrow down a mattress and adjustable base that would work for me. They went over and above helping me pick out the appropriate combinations in my several visits to the store. I have ended up with a mattress and base that is allowing me to sleep for extended periods ar last! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help to pick out a new bed!

Sleep country came through! Asked for the best deal on a floor model/as is... well the service was delivered picked up same day and stayed open 2 extra minutes to help with extra screws!Thank you sleep country ?This is my 3rd purchase over the years from this location... very reliable and professional and best prices

Came in today to look for a bed for my daughter and purchased one. I was absolutely impressed with the knowledge and service from the staff. It’s not very often nowadays that retail locations give customers real service and I’m happy to say that this location did I will definitely be back.

We had a great experience here with Owen, who was patient, kind and worked with us to understand our needs. We expected mattress shopping to feel a little predatory and like we were trying to be upsold, and that wasn't our experience at all. Would highly recommend!

I have just moved to Canada and was in need of a mattress. I attended the store in Abbotsford and was helped by the store attendant, Jules. Jules was knowledgeable and friendly, showing me a range of different mattresses to ensure I picked the perfect one for me. Once I found my perfect mattress Jules assisted me in organising a U-Haul hire truck in order to transport the mattress home. This was incredibly helpful being new to the area and not knowing the options of renting trucks. Jules contacted the company for me and provided me with directions to the pickup point. On returning to sleep country, she loaded my mattress into the U-Haul with the assistance of another worker, Owen. The whole experience was easy and Jules & Owen were extremely helpful. I can't recommend this store higher to anyone looking for a mattress / bed.

Best customer service I've ever experienced, thank you John. He took so much time to find the right mattress for me, extremely knowledgable, genuine and kind. It was a big difference from my recent encounter at the bay, where I felt swindled into buying a mattress without understanding how it actually works (I ended up cancelling the order). John could explain how every mattress I tried was built and took the time to teach me, which I'm sure can get repetitive. I'm just very pleased that great customer service isn't lost. I'm excited to receive my mattress in only a few days. The only place to go for a mattress is sleep country.

We were looking around for bed frames one day and we originally did not plan to check Sleep Country as we thought they might not have anything that’s within our budget range. The original place we went to happened to be right next to them so I told my husband why not check them out…I was impressed with the selections they have when we came in compared to the other ones and surprised to see that the prices aren’t really that bad as we thought it would be. They even have clearance items that were at great prices. There were more than one option for us which was good because then we were able to discuss and really think of the pros and cons before deciding which one we would pick. John, did really well in assisting us and he was very accommodating. The one that we picked originally did not have an actual stock which means we have to wait longer before they could deliver but it did not disappoint because that led us to finding the better choice for us. So, the transaction then went smooth booking for delivery and set-up date was fast and easy. The store btw, had a nice feel, it was bright and clean and the products are well labeled for pricing. Both the lady at the counter and John were friendly. Overall it was a good experience rhe delivery came as scheduled and we are happy with our purchase! Thank you Sleep Country!
