I had an amazing experience at TELUS today! I came in to buy the new iPhone 17, and I was helped by Harry and Dustin. Both of them were extremely friendly, professional, and patient.
A special shoutout to Harry — he was incredibly kind and made sure I understood everything clearly. He explained all the plans, helped me choose the best option, and set up my phone perfectly. His customer service is honestly the best I’ve experienced. He made the whole process so easy and comfortable.
Dustin was also very helpful and supportive during the setup. Together, they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
Thank you Harry and Dustin for your excellent service! I’m very happy with my new iPhone 17. Highly recommend visiting this TELUS store!

I went to this store for home internet connection. They provided me a deal and they ordered me a self installable modem which was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 3 business days. I signed the contract on Oct 31st. Today is Nov 10th and I didn’t receive any modem yet. And when I call customer service they told me to it will take another 7 days. This is for TELUS - Are you people crazy or out of your mind. I am cancelling my contract today. Never taking any service again from them.

I had just called. We needed help that we could not find online. We needed help and they cut the phone multiple times. Only when I called on a different my my er, did they help and redirect us. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. If you need help, go anywhere else but here.
