Very bad customer experience. We were short on time for a closing so went with Townline. Later we found out that we paid more than twice the premium and our repetitive calls to revise the policy throughout the year was ignored. I will not do business with them ever again.

Great staff, friendly service. They keep up with all the changes that ICBC puts us through, and they have the answers. For us riders, they also deal with the Beacon Policy which is a huge bonus and relief on motorcycle insurance rates. Go see them. :-)
