This is the first time I used their service and I was amazed. I needed an emergency appointment and tried to book an appointment with my family doctor and the first appointment available was Oct 1. I was almost in tears with pain and then I remembered seeing a poster at Whatcom Pharmacy in Abbotsford that if you need an appointment with a doctor let them know. So I called Whatcom Pharmacy and they booked my appointment and told me that doctor will call me in 45mins. Got a call on time and the doctor faxed my prescription to the pharmacy. I would definitely use their service again if I need same day appointment. Yay Whatcom Pharmacy. Sept 18, 2024.

So rarely am I impressed with customer service these days, but today I absolutely was! After going to Shoppers today and being turned away and told we "needed an appointment" to deal with a minor pink eye prescription we headed here instead. Absolutely wonderful to deal with, fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. You've gained a new customer!

The team at Whatcom pharmacy was able to fill a last minute prescription for my cat to make sure she didn’t miss any dosages. The service was also personal, kind, and friendly. We will return in the future!

I am so happy I switched from Shoppers to Whatcom pharmacy and compounding. Huge difference in a positive way! Every single staff member is so welcoming and they all go above and beyond. They take the time to explain and give all the information, if they don’t know right away they do their research and let you know. The best part is they know their clients, it feels like a small town pharmacy! I always leave in a positive happy mood! Well done to all who work there.

Best pharmacy ever, the pharmacists are all kind and patient and look after my family very well. From prescriptions to vaccinations. They kindly set up Telemedicine appointments for repeat prescriptions as my husband has no family doctor.
They even made up my cats meds for us, I feel grateful to have such great care in our community.
