It’s ridiculous. We waited more than One and half hour even our turn is next. She served only one guest in one and half hour. I asked her how long i have to wait then she said i am waiting for my order. My question is that she can help during the time she waited for order. I wanna buy phone 16 pro max. When was i leaving costco she was still serving same customer. Really bad experience

For those of us a lot less tech savvy having to scan a qr code without instructions is a bit like asking a kid today to make a mud pie neither of us has the first clue where to begin fortunately one of the kiosk gentlemen saw me standing there with a look that I'm sure said I'm going to be here till they close. He thankfully took pity and entered a qr appointment for me. Thank you!

Dale was exterminated helpful. My phone was not charging and he cleaned out the port and checked to make sure it would charge. Long story short, all is well.
