1st off I'm just gonna say I've been a Fido customer for a long time and I've been going to a different store that I'm not going to name for a while thinking it was my store.I went looking around for the Samsung flipZ 4, the only place that had it was wireless wave. So I was literally forced to go there to buy my phone.The customer service and the gentlemans that helped me and my wife get us into a plan was the most informed person that I've ever dealt with , dealing with phones and plans. They helped us save money $600 on our plan and the phone. They were knowledgeable very polite and super super helpful getting around and navigating the whole phone plan situation to where we also save money in 16 months on our phone plan protection thank you so much for the great service!!!!!!! You guys our are new spot. Thxs eh!!!!

Went in today to get a new iPhone for Boxing Day sales. Waited in line for over an hour and when I finally get to the counter the sales man started serving two other people at the same time behind me. Stopping at me, leaving going to two others then coming back. I said excuse me it’s really rude I’m trying to buy a phone and leave and he told me he has to multitask and laughed in my face. When I walked away and said I will not waste my money at your store he was like ur really not buying it? ABSOLUTELY not why on earth would I give you guys a couple thousand in revenue when your rude employee can’t even focus on me for ten minutes to sell me a phone, pathetic. Horrible customer service. ALSO they were all eating fresh slice while serving customers and touching peoples brand new iPhones with their greeecy paws. OH and he said he couldn’t set up my Apple Watch to cellular but could charge me for it if I wanted it. Just go to whatever carrier you want to buy from. Wireless wave is pathetic

Wow! Amazing customer service. The guy who helped Jovie and I to get a new phones exceeded our expectations. Chris is very polite, kind, knowledgeable and will give you the best deal you are looking for. He is so amazing! I will highly recommended this place if you’d like to have a very good deal and excellent customer satisfaction.

Cannot give a good enough review about Naim and Wireless waves. Great customer service, above and beyond knowledge and ability to get me into a contract that really fit. Will definitely be going back and encouraging everyone I know to go there. Best cell phone experience I've ever had!!!! Great job guy's ?

I was very pleased with the service I received. Mike was very helpful and patient with trying to find me the best device based on my needs. He went above and beyond to salvage the information from my old phone that presented a whole lot of problems. Will definitely be returning yet again for all our future cell phone needs.

Been dealing with wireless wave for all my phone needs for the last few years and can't say enough good things about them. Staff has always been very helpful and spent time shopping through different contracts to get me the best deal for my needs. Will keep returning.

Steffani was an amazing help to us. She upgraded both our phones with such ease. It was so quick and painless which is great because it can be such a headache to switch over new phones. She made sure we understood what phones would work best for us and got the best deals. This is our second or third time now going back to upgrade through her. Thank you again!

Right from my very 1st experience with her I had to throw her into my contacts as my “phone gal”.She kept things convenient in layman’s terms. Thank you Steffani for keeping life simple. I have had multiple great experiences at this location. I have dealt with many of the staff at this location, however I was most impressed with Stephanie. I had several issues at different times, and she was always polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about all of the products and services I needed. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a cell phone, accessories, or information!

Thanks so much to Steffani and the gang for all their help. I always go to wireless wave for all my cellular needs, Abbotsford seven oaks has been my favorite location.My phone just stopped working... so I got a new iphone 11 pro. I got a great case and she even put on my screen protector.She set my phone up, linked my accounts and transfered my data overHad a great time throughout the whole process. Thanks so much guys. I highly reccomend wireless wave to everyone !!Cheers!

February 6 I went to wireless wave Abbotsford location.. Stephanie the assistant manager was working, it was 930 am. I get to the kisosk, she is yelling at an elderly man (not because he is hard of hearing) she is clearly annoyed. He was just confused by the directions she gave him.. I would be have been aswell by what I heard. I had my father and daughter with me.. otherwise I would have caused a scene by how incredibly rude she was being.Elderly man walks away, she turns to me with an attitude asking what I want, I tell her the lady on the other side of the kiosk was there first. She gets annoyed says it will be awhile.. what do I want.I told her I need a phone so help the other lady, she gets huffy. She lost my business.I called later that night.. told another employee, he said I will get a call back by Tuesday.. from corporate or district manager. Well it's now Sunday. I guess wireless wave doesn't care much about customer service or the way their company runs.I would be ashamed to work there.
