Made an appointment for a vehicle inspection, and they fit me in with a tight schedule, despite their being busy that day.
Fantastic friendly service and even came and picked me up after!
Will was the man in charge, and was professional, amiable, and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Bar none the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with!! Don and Will are accommodating, knowledgeable, fair, great value and they provide a great service. If you need work done on your vehicle and live in the area, these are the guys. I don't usually recommend services, can't say enough for this shop.

Called Pioneer in the morning to get my car looked at... not only did i get in the same day but after finding nothing wrong they didn't even charge me. Great service!

Had an accident with my trailer loaded with 2 atvs one atv was in storage at a recommendation by his driver. When it wasn’t my first choice as my home is in Agassiz. Don charged me full rate for storage next to my trailer which is covered on insurance. I was disappointed as both trailer and atv did not take up the space of a car or truck. I understand he runs a business but that should have been dealt with more appropriately and the atv dropped off at my home.

if you have a Volkswagen don't bother. Waited over a week to get the car in for a check engine light. Was told that they would not proceed with any work until confirmed. Received the phone call after they scanned the car to be told to take it to a dealership and even if they could fix it they couldn't fit it in for at least 2 weeks. The question here is why waste a customers time and then scan and charge for it when we all know the next garage won't touch it without scanning it yet again. No more to be said.

I just want to share my appreciation for Pioneer Motors as a company, and their towing services of which I used. I was in a bad situation in an intensely cold and windy winter area and honestly had no fait that they would be able to yank the heavy vehicle from a deep ditch. To my surprise, their worker was efficient, friendly, and clearly well knowledgeable of his capabilities and had things work out very well in the end with no issues. The guys in the shop that took payment were also very friendly and kind and had a good family feel. Super happy with the services and would gladly call them again. Thanks guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely poor customer service. On Sept 14, 2022, I got into a car accident in Agassiz and only the front left side had damage on it. Pioneer motors were called in to tow the vehicle by the police(not my choice). The tow truck driver swept up all the debris from the accident including the road dirt and threw it all on the back seat and floor as he said it was a write-off, not caring that I might want the car back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I got into an accident in Agassiz last week. The police office called pioneer towing (not my choice) to pick up the car as it was not drivable. There was broken glass and debris on the road including dirt that accumulated on the road. The tow truck driver swept up all the debris and tossed it on the back seat and floor. I'm actually keeping the car and getting it towed back to me. I appreciate that the tow truck driver was so careful with my car.
