Brought in an out of province vehicle for inspection, needing to insure it in BC. Got the paperwork, went to get it insured, and the informed us that the wrong inspection was done. We called cromptons, and they informed us that indeed we did need a different inspection to get a sticker, and that before they could do that we needed to have the brakes done. There was no mention of brake problems when we picked the vehicle up. We took it in to Canadian tire, and they said that the brakes were fine but the front shocks were leaking some oil and that was the only thing that needed to be done. My hubby used to be a mechanic, so he used my brother-in-law’s shop, and took a look. No problem with the brakes at all, but the shocks did need replacing. I also took my Toyota in for an oil change, and they told me that I needed new tires. I had just bought brand new all-season Michelin’s at Canadian tire in July. Same deal… my husband took a look, and they were barely worn. Definitely do not recommend these guys.

These guys are awesome. We were in transit between Vancouver and Kelowna when the rear bumper on our older Benz decided to divorce from the car lol. They kindly brought us in for a quick fix to safely get us on the road again. Since no parts were used they didn’t even charge us for the time. We are eternally grateful and cannot thank you guys enough! Highly recommended! ???

Delt with them twice on two different vehicles. Work on the vehicles were great. Booking appointments online (I don't think they read them and always seem surprised when you arrive) They were also unorganized emailed invoices and details and had to take the information 3-4x per visit when it was all filled out online. Need to work on their efficiencies. Great mechanical work which makes up for having repeat administration information.

If i say fraud to them that would also be a small word for them.I don’t how are they surviving in the market but then I remember they are doing fraud with the public as i read the reviews right now so many of them have faced problems just because of themIn my case they didn’t even did service for my car and charged me $100 by saying that they did inspection of the car and this all happened because I refused to get done some other works of my car from them and there was a person I didn’t know either employee or the owner even said that go and find some other to get your work done
