You may notice the reviews here from long ago are good, and those posted recently are poor. The service has drastically declined. The simple task of picking up mail now takes at least 20 minutes. The staff routinely cannot find my parcel. There is always a long lineup and always some confusion causing a delay. I must show my ID to prove that I am the name on the mail even though I purchased the mailbox and have the key. The staff has refused to give me my husband's mail, since I can't produce his ID.

Never anyone around, poor customer service when there is. Received multiple notices to pick up my packages, but when I get there, the packages aren’t there.

Hrs operation 9am to 8pm Burnett long hair girl blue eyes 5' tall aproxService is Very unprofessional arrived at 7:40 pm a close sign was set up at the counter Had a package in my hand, girl told me they were closed don't open till 9:00 a.m. next morning I checked my clock in the car and only 7:45pm at the time The girl at the counter did not say a word and just watch me walk away went back in and made reference to the sign and still is only 7:47 p.m. 29th of December 2020 I hope the manager of shoppers drug mart, sees this post.

I deal with the staff at this location usually a couple times a week and they always do a really great job getting my parcels out. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin does do a great job, but I think everyone at this location is well above par as far as post office staff go.

I am very happy with the service here. There is a guy named Kevin there that is always happy and nice. I think he deserves a raise. There is also about 3 different girls there. I would argue that some are not competent as others, kind of like a mixed bag. There is only one girl that looks absolutely miserable and probably should be let go. I could imagine if someone comes across her they will undoubtedly have a bad experience. I haven't seen her the last few times maybe she quit or got fired.

Rude and they hang up on you, even if you have a simple question claiming they are too busy. stay far far away.
