It's the only gas station in that area that's open 24 hours a day. It may looked closed because you don't see a worker inside but they may be sitting on the floor, almost hiding. Happened to me. But it's the only place for a little while so it's your running low it's best to stop and fill up because it's a long walk back there if you do run out
