Bank manager has literally had no knowledge of financial system ( Just a dummy). Ive escalated an issue regarding trf of US fund from CAD account as deposit of US bills mistakenly went into CAD account. No one at branch or call center has power to reverse the transaction without FX loss/gain.Surprisingly, I was told that my advisor will contact me from the branch to settle the matter but 2 weeks past now i haven't received any response. Just like playing (Marco- Polo) So, the bank is ok to pay millions of dollars of penalty for non reporting fraudulent transactions. Cannot pay couple hundred to resolve my issue. Such a shame.

Rani is the sweetest person I have encountered in a very long time. She saw that I was down and absolutely turned that around restoring my faith in humanity. I'm a total stranger to her yet she reached out to me and made me feel so much better. CIBC Aldergrove will always have my vote. In 22 years they've always been good to me

I visited the Aldergrove CIBC today for the first time. It was a wonderful experience.The gentleman was most helpful, courteous and pleasant. I was concerned after reading the other comments but this was an uplifting experience.I'll be a steady client.

Went there to withdraw cash from ATM on a sunday evening. Someone was sleeping on the floor in the vestibule (enclosed ATM area). I decided to drive to another CIBC ATM in Abbotsford.

Not a friendly bank to deal with, they’re the reason why I switched to other bank. Service is soooo poor. I suggest you go somewhere else.

Wish I I could give zero stars. This location might as well be just ATMs.Manager is a nice lady but she’s clueless and incompetent.Other locations do exactly what I asked for every time.

the manager was extremely rude when we came to make a large deposit she was saying out loud our business so everyone could hear our business. No professional conduct period. We left and went to our other bank and had a much better experience. She also was freaking out about a mask. She shouldn’t be working she should be at home. If you are that scaredStay home.

I've dealt cibc for the last 20 yearsThen they replaced the tellers with armsThat were open at 7am now they it to 8amI would tell anybody who asks me to go anywhere else but cibc as I will be very soon
