Since they've merged we've had nothing but problems trying to log in to check our account. The new location in Aldergrove is pathetic. Not enough convenient parking. Don't know who designed the interior but you can't hear anything. So noisy with the traffic and sound bouncing of all the walls and glass. The people are nice but the atmosphere is terrible. Gone from a nice welcoming atmosphere to a modern sterile feel. So disappointing at the loss of our wonderful homey Credit Union. Congratulations G and F, if you wanted to be like the big banks, you've accomplished it!

Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jasmine Sandhu. She is everything you should appreciate as a member of your team. Jasmine raised the level of customer service to a level rarely seen in todays world. Outstanding knowledge about the products available to us, great preparation, all delivered in a friendly patient way. Jasmine is truly a great asset to your organization.

Terrible. Everything went downhill after the merger. The main focus seems to be on growth but without sufficient staff and infrastructure to support it. Shortly after ACU merged with G&F, I started getting charged for transactions that used to be free on my account. The online banking software seems buggy, and I had to contact them several times and fill out a long questionnaire after getting locked out for no intelligible reason, and I know of two other people this has happened to. Last Sunday, I went to what used to be the ACU head office to use the ATM and they didn't even have envelopes for deposits. Now they're asking members to vote on yet another merger!?

Yesterday i went to the aldergrove branch at 3pm yesterday.I noticed there was only 1 bank teller working at her desk. The other bank tellers appeared to be in meetings.The elderly female who was in front of me mentioned she was waiting for 10 minutes before somebody was able to assist her. I had to wait about the same amount of time.I understand there is a shortage of workers. Are we able to have more bank tellers that are regular employees and not employees that bounce from branch to branch?This will allow us to bulid a relationship with them and with the community

I went in ready to leave there bank for good. But I must say Lisa Mckillican at the aldergrove location saved my banking experience and made the bank feel like a community place agin was a massive help and got all my need met and with a smile . I can't express enough how great she handled my bad attitude and delt with th issues and fixed them . 5 stars for Lisa

Should be zero stars. Not impressed with this institution since the merge. Miss the old ACU were if there was an issue they would try there to help resolve. Ever since G&F came into play been the most horrible experience from online issues to in person problems.

Was hesitant to the new changes given the recent rebranding, but was pleased with the service I've received. They were very helpful setting up online banking and ordering foreign currency.While I have enjoyed getting to know the two people I've encountered on my recent visits, I would like to see more tellers open up to accommodate the lines please. ACU used to have enough tellers to accommodate everyone.Thank you! Will be back again soon!

They will hold your money hostage... kids been trying to buy a car for 3 days now ... they can't process a temporary debit increase.. absolutely trash...Its apparently not your money...

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Some how during the registration process for my 91 year old mother. Her first name is spelled wrong. This poor excuse of a credit union refused to cash a certified cheque from my oldest brother. When mom passes away I'll be closing this account pronto. UPDATE Took my mother to Abbotsford RBC had no problem cashing the cheque there. Guess we are keeping our account with them.

Terrible bank who closes on a Friday ? What about customers who have paycheques they need to cash to feed their family’s ? Will defiantly be leaving this institute for a new one.

Have been a member for many years. Am not pleased with the change to G&F financial. Anytime I go in since the change there has been a long line and only ONE teller on. She does all transactions including business ones that can take some time to complete. Anything we use to go to the front desk (miss her smiling face) is now all on the that one teller too as the front desk has disappeared. I really miss the happy chatter and smiles from the multiple tellers of the past. It has totally lost it's warmth.

Had good friendly service there for my car insurance needs. Good follow up and honest info for my house insurance as well (I found BCAA significantly cheaper for house insurance). Update - they spent two hours working the phone today with icbc to get me max discount for USA driving experience.
