I only wish that I had discovered Inner Good much earlier during my search for medical supplies that met my needs. Their excellent range of suppliers and prices allowed me settle on products that met all my needs at prices that are affordable. They have warehouses across the country and shipping is always fast. And if there are ever any questions, contact them and they are VERY responsive and above all understanding.

My wife needed a very specific dressing for her wound care and it suddenly became unavailable through our regular home care service. No one in Ontario had any or seemed to want to put any effort into finding any, including the manufacturer’s local affiliate. The folks at Inner Good (Alexandra, Carly and AJ) went WAY out of there way to get us this product and continued to search and find others over a number of weeks. All of this done with a noticeable sense of caring and concern. We can’t thank them enough!

This company was one of the most helpful I have ever dealt wiath online. The individual that I talked to on the phone was most professional, pleasant and courteous. She put me on hold and checked directly with he warehouse to make certain that had in stocke the itecms that I wanted. I received the order in Ontario in 3 days. I will order all my medical needs, that ehy provide, from them in the future. Price was good as well.

Recently placed an order for 20 pieces of medical supplies. At the time I placed the order, their website stated the items were in stock and at no time during the ordering and payment process did their system indicate that there would be any delays in shipping the order. I received notice that the order had shipped. When I received the shipment a few days later, I was surprised to learn that only 4 of the 20 items were included in the shipment. The packing slip stated the other 16 were on backorder.
I contacted Inner Good via email. The response stated they would look into the matter and get back to me. Several days passed without any further response from Inner Good. I sent another email asking for an update. They responded stating that they are suppose to get another shipment of the items at the end of the month and they would send them to me when they received them.
I should have been notified of the back order at the time of placing the order, or at the very least at the time they packaged the order for shipment, not just be surprised when I opened the box! Also, they should not charge for the items until they are ready to be shipped.
If you need medical supplies and are dependent on them being delivered in a timely manner, look for a different company. This is not one you would be able to depend on.

Website is easy to navigate, PayPal accepted (bonus!) and fastest delivery I've experienced so far (4 days from submitting order to door delivery). Competitive pricing, too. First time using Inner Good, definitely not the last, thanks so much.

I placed an order that said in stock. When I contacted them later about when it would be shipped they said it was back ordered. Now they have my money and seem reluctant to refund. I ordered because I needed supplies. Don't say in stock when it is not. Poor communication.

I am an ostamate and have been using Inner Good for my medical supplies since my surgery in 2018 and for my husband, who is in a care home, since 2020. I cannot express how pleased I am with their service; pricing and delivery are excellent! However, most important is that I know if I have a problem such as back orders, discontinued product or issues with the website, I can always count on Alexandra in Customer Care to assist me find the most positive solution.
