I placed an order that said in stock. When I contacted them later about when it would be shipped they said it was back ordered. Now they have my money and seem reluctant to refund. I ordered because I needed supplies. Don't say in stock when it is not. Poor communication.

I am an ostamate and have been using Inner Good for my medical supplies since my surgery in 2018 and for my husband, who is in a care home, since 2020. I cannot express how pleased I am with their service; pricing and delivery are excellent! However, most important is that I know if I have a problem such as back orders, discontinued product or issues with the website, I can always count on Alexandra in Customer Care to assist me find the most positive solution. Excellent experience ordering catheters from Inner Good. Price was much better than other places and shipping was free and quick - product received in Toronto from BC next day. After placing the order I'd forgotten I needed a small add on item which wasn't enough to qualify for the free shipping so I called in and had that added to the original order without issue.

This distributor is amazing ! I ordered a box of incontinence product from Inner Good , Aldergrove, BC on Saturday and it arrived at my husband's long term care home 3 days later in Ottawa. Shipping was free, no taxes, and it was cheaper than buying it in Ottawa, Can't get any better than that!

I'm not normally someone to leave negative feedback on the internet but this company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It took 3 emails before I received a response to my inquiry, likely only because I informed them I'd be leaving negative reviews online if they kept ignoring my emails. That obviously did the trick because a few hours later they responded. Apparently my previous emails had been forwarded to the owners but no one had bothered to let me know.Now here's where it gets better, and it's the main reason for my 1-star review. Although I'd give them none if I could. I bought a 9-month supply of vitamins back in December of last year, and when I opened the last bottle early September the safety seal had been tampered with. As in, completely ripped to shreds. I was then told that they have a 60-day return policy. So apparently when you buy multiple bottles of vitamins you must open them all immediately upon receipt to ensure they're safe to use. Because otherwise, on the offchance that you receive one that isn't, you are SOL.Edited to add after company's response below:DO NOT believe their lies. When I finally received an email response from their customer service a few days ago, that person ACKNOWLEDGED receipt of my previous two emails. They said they had been forwarded to the owners. If only I could include screenshots of those conversations in this review.It wouldn't have gotten to this point if they had immediately responded to my very first email, apologized for sending me a $40 bottle of vitamins that had been tampered with, empathized with my situation, and explained their reasoning for not letting me return or exchange the product. And if they had really wanted to go above and beyond as a small business trying to set themselves apart, they could have called the manufacturer. Instead, they ignored me, likely hoping I would just go away. Good customer service starts with taking ownership and there's none of that with this company. And judging by some of the reviews below, I have a feeling that there are people out there who will agree that my comments about their customer service have merit.

After years of searching for an online shop for ostomy supplies, I tried Inner Good. I could not have been any happier and would highly recommend them!!!!! I live in the far north of Alberta and still had my supplies in my hands 48 hours after ordering!!!
