I had a great experience at Mark’s! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. Staff her is nice too. Amrinder helped us so patiently while being friendly. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days. Visit them for this holiday season shopping.

This Mark's location is okay. They have a lot of casual and work clothes in stock. However, it did not really have anything I wanted to buy for the right prices. I did like their dopey mannequins on display.

Huge rave to this location and management for getting me the last pair of my favorite boots in my size in existence before they were gone forever. Went above and beyond in my opinion to help get them sent to me on the island and I couldn't be more thankful 🫰🏻

I was looking for a pair of winter boots with a good tread rating, and Mark's has a great selection at every price point. The store is well-laid out and the employee was really helpful. I was in and out in no time, with new Windriver boots that will hopefully make this winter a bit more bearable!

Alicia helped me and went above and beyond. I tried on probably 10 pairs and she was super helpful amd patient. Was a breathe of fresh air in a dying service industry. Will for sure be back. Thank you for your help!

Went to purchase coveralls and boots for my son's trade school. 3 young ladies were at the till chatting. We asked where the coveralls were and were pointed to a pile. We had to find and figure it out by ourselves and moved on to the boots. Still no help, we had to search for our boots sizes and styles again while they were at their tills chatting or staying on the phone. Once at the register, no triangle points were offered, took about 20 minutes to do the transactions and they charged us 4 embroidery charges for 2 coveralls. Love Marks warehouse, but I will never go back to the Aldergrove store

Hello this is a week overdue but my husband and I went into your store, was helped by Jordan and Mae ( I think that’s the spelling?) they were pleasant, friendly and were fast and let us know of any discounts. This kind of service is unheard of nowadays so we are very appreciative of this extremely pleasant helpful store. Thank you and keep up the great work!!!

Went in with the wife who was looking for a pair of steel toes for work. The young gentleman who helped us was very polite and helpful (forgot to get his name). Unfortunately, they did not have a pair for her but will go back when they get more stock in.
