I wish every home improvement store had staff like this place. You walk in and are immediately greeted by someone asking what you're looking for and it isn't a one off time, it's every time. The staff know the place inside and out and immediately help you find whatever you're looking for

Terrible experience at Home Hardware. Staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting. Poor product selection, overpriced items, and disorganized shelves. Left without finding what I needed—won’t be shopping here again.

Called them. The put aside a product for me as I had to drive half an hour to get there. Walked in. Told them the product I had them put aside. Immediately they grabbed it and i was at the cash paying immediately. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. And they thanked me for driving the distance to shop at their store. 2 thumbs up! Awesome store!
