TD isn't what they used to be. This branch is a perfect example of that. This branch should be closed simply because of "consistent" poor performance, top heavy and lacks training and basic service 101 ques, like hello someone will be with you in a moment. I'd rather deal with an ATM..And they'll open your mail and just say Yeah but ? ?

I wish i could give zero.I had an appointment with Gursanjit yesterday, very unprofessional, doesn't know how to greet his customers.My husband came to discuss about LOC, he did not try to help him or try listen to him what he came for, very disappointed with his service.I have my mortgage with your bank i guess its better to move to different bank.I would never recommend to anyone, very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I cannot believe the lack of respect put forth by both the teller and his manager today. Not only was I questioned throughly regarding my identity, but I was looked upon like a common criminal. I was asked the same questions repeatedly making me feel like I had entered the bank with an intent to steal from them. I have banked with Td Canada Trust for over 20 years and this experience has left such a sour taste that I will now transfer all my business to RBC. Very disappointing to say the least, I was judged for how I was dressed and look like rather than who I am. Beware hard working business owners!

The ATM has eaten my cash twice in the past 6 months. The only way to get money back was to open up a file. A real big inconvenience for when running a business wheb you need to get get materials.

I stopped in yesterday with my mom to attempt to pay bills for my dad while he is in the hospital. My mom is blind and is very anxious. Andrea and the customer service rep helping us were so sweet and helpful. I really appreciate their extra patience.
