Unaccountable, unhelpful, and uncaring. They charged my husband $400 for a used front differential that they claimed was the correct gear ratio for his truck. It was not. After a long day of labour the differential swap was completed and we went for a test drive only to have the gears bind. Who knows if the transfer case got damaged? Maybe we will soon. As if this wasn't a big enough kick in the teeth, Mustang Connection isn't willing to refund the $400 for the part (let alone the hours of labor spent installing the wrong part) because it had been sold to us more than 3 months prior. Time for another diff. swap! Yay!!
