There was a mix up when I went to return an auto carrier trailer, that u haul depot doesn't stock them....the rather nice ladies let me return the trailer without any hassle anyway.

The Manager was sorry that he hadn't communicated in the phone conversation prior to our visit that the units go extremely quickly, but showed us one that has just been vacated and wasn't yet in the inventory. The unit was perfect and we took it right away! He was very helpful and really friendly! Great experience!
