This company is probably the best family run small business I've had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with in a long time.They came and rescued me and my family within 20 minutes of calling, and they were AFFORDABLE!Jake is extremely reasonable and I would go to him any day for help.His family is amazing and their dogs were a pleasure to meet.Our vehicle is in safe hands until we can afford to get it fixed (we were travelling to our new home so it wasn't a cost we were expecting).I have full trust in his knowledge in what needs done and you should too.Please do not hesitate to seek his help.

I am giving them 10 Stars , I highly recommend this company to work on your vehicle , Not only are they kind honest and respectful , they are affordable , reliable , efficient , trustworthy , they make time in emergency situations and very well educated. I was shown exact parts what was wrong with my car , I was informed on other complication and how things work. Even tho I don’t understand a lot of how cars operate , Jake and his team were patient with me and polite then entire time . Outstanding customer service .Thank you for your work.S.R

Coming from Vancouver island the scenic route to Kelowna and broke down in Lytton. The owner came much quicker than expected and went above and beyond to get our very low car onto his deck truck and towed as all the way through to Kelowna. Awesome guy, took all the time to make sure no damage occurred to the car, made a stop for us to get dinner on the way. 100% would use him again and recommend his services either towing or for automotive repair.Service: Special vehicle towing

Very good car repair shop, I arrived at 2 p.m. with the car that was no longer braking and I left a few hours later like new! the boss ordered the parts and changed everything and it was good!I recommend this place!

I had an emergency with my van. It was at the most inopportune moment, and it was not a cheap fix. These guys got it in immediately and helped me out considerably with the quote. Awesome dudes who genuinely care. 10/10 will go back, and 10/10 will recommend to anybody needing vehicle repairs.

Rolled into town on a Friday right atClosing, the owner and his crew had parts brought from cache creek and did everything in their power working 2 hours past closing get me back up and running! I haven’t seen customer service like this in a very long time! If I’m ever in the area they have all my business guaranteed!
