The product selection in the store is good, but the new British Manager needs orientation to Canadian customers ASAP!!. I told him I am legally blind (cataracts) and he described the washroom key as being on the right OF THE DOOR! I would describe the key as being INSIDE THE RIGHT FRAME (not on the right OF THE FRAME). Point being if customer is PARTIALLY BLIND AND HAS SAID SO TWICE, YOU HELP THEM FIND WHAT THEY WANT!! We call it customer service in Canada. Maybe in England, things are different!!

just went to this gas station to use car wash attendant was rude , payed for car wash didn't work asked about it the owner or attendant said it was my fault ended up leaving with out car wash , he said it was my card, went home looked online sure enough they charged me .I think this happens a lot at this gas station

Went to get gas today and the pay at the pump charged me my preset but didn’t allow me to pump gas. The receipt said zero litres but it charged me anyway. I went into the store to talk to cashier he told me to take it up with my bank and waved me to leave. He was extremely rude and useless. I have emailed Esso Canada and contacted my bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

5:45 Friday August 9th. I didnt catch the cashiers name but please give this man a raise. He has a big beard and is the kindest soul ever. We came in just for ice and some directions and left with all the above and giant smiles :)

Great little gas station with very friendly staff. It does have limited hours so do know they are not open at night. The car wash works well and the bathroom is clean. There is very limited parking. This place can be very busy during the summer. This is the only gas station in Cultus Lake for some distance.

It is very convenient to have this fuel station close to Cultus Lake. Nice motorcycle rides and beautiful views around here.

Would not fill up propane tank. They do not have enough employees. I think being in a camping area that is poor customer service!!!

Got gas here on the 8th on January 2022. Next day car wouldn't start. Water in the gas tank. Along with at least 5 other people who also got gas around that same time. Was told the water was already in there. Interesting how 5 other also had the same problem. Also funny how my car with 1/4 tank ran fine and after it filled it died. Seems to me if there was water in there it would have died at 1/4 tank and not full........ Don't buy gas there!!! Be warned!! Cost me $1200 dollar to learn this lesson.
