I did two series of private sessions with Natasha. For years, I suffered from neck and shoulder pain and it began to limit my ability to do the things I love (hiking and cycling). While physio helped a little, Natasha was able to quickly pinpoint the source of my pain and through stretches and exercises help me strengthen and loosen the areas of tension. It has been amazing!! While full recovery is not possible due to my age (and past injuries), the pain has almost gone. Natasha even took videos of me doing the exercises on my phone so that I can continue to practice them at home. I now look forward to joining her studio classes and learning more!

These classes are incredible. Super hard work and Natasha is a tough task master because she doesn't miss a thing! No room for cheating! She pushes you but only to your personal best and never beyond. She is motivating and encouraging. Her charm and grace help you to ignore the very hard work going on! Upon starting I wasn't able to lift my arms without pain, now I'm lifting weights above my head! Natasha is excellent if you have a specific area or an injury that you want help with. Her understanding of the body and its movements is frankly quite astonishing. I have had both chiropractors, massage therapists and physiotherapists recommend that I consult with Natasha as well!

I don't know how I could would function without Natasha keeping me mobile! Every week, I learn something new, and ever though it is a TOUGH workout, I always have such a great time.

Natasha’s classes have transformed my body and it’s abilities to be strong and pain free. I’ve worked with her for years and continue to benefit from it. As I get stronger she continues to make what looks like the simplest exercise challenging. Not only has my body benefited but also my soul, she always brings a solid community of incredible woman together! Nothing beats a good sweat and laughing session for the best start to the day.

Natasha’s classes challenge me both physically and mentally, in just the right way.Movements that at first feel impossible, with practice become possible and amazingly even start to feel good. I have gained awareness, mobility, and strength in muscles I never knew I had. During the class I can feel my brain growing new pathways of connection to my body.Outside of class, I feel an increased comfort, strength and awareness in my body.The feeling of the classes are fun and inclusive, with a lot of jokes and laughing, while still being intensly focussed.Highly recommended!

I love my time when at this studio. It's such a beautiful & calming space. I really appreciate the different ways Natasha guides me to move my body to help gain strength, as well as flexibility/mobility. I am getting stronger each class. My pain from various injuries have lessened & I'm getting to know my body better. After my class, I'm overall happier & I feel like I did something really awesome for myself. I’m so glad I found these classes. I appreciate how different each session is as we explore mobility and strength in different parts of the body. It keeps you on your toes as you can’t go on auto pilot (as I have in yoga the last few years.) Natasha gets right into the work with no preamble and the classes fly by. After 6 weeks I’m much less stiff and have more strength and energy. Highly recommend.

Classes with Natasha have made such a difference in my quality of life. I feel so much stronger since I joined the studio. I no longer feel pain in my joints and the classes are so good for my mental health. I’ve never been one who’s enjoyed working out, especially in a group setting, but I so look forward to these sessions and the positive vibes in this shared space.
