WOW, I'm beyond thankful that Thom came to assist me today. My vehicle had a torn / slashed tire issue (as I hit a metal object on Hwy 19, Northbound near Courtenay). Thom went above and beyond with his exemplary customer service, he's trustworthy and honest and I would & will highly recommend him and Bowser Automotive Ltd. to everyone.

Check engine light came on while towing my RV and Thom and his apprentice were there ASAP to sort me out. They promptly diagnosed the issue, came up with a fix, and were straight forward with pricing. A+ customer service would recommend Bowser Auto to anybody!

Bowser Automotive's Mobile Service is simply wonderful! Thomas arrives on time and fully equipped, ready to do the work completely and professionally!
