I bought a 50 dollar prepaid card and it didn’t work and so I went to sleep thinking it would work tomorrow but then it didn’t so I went back the store and asked for a refund but they wouldn’t refund it

Other stuff was on my bill said I'm not paying it til those items are voided oh were just trying to give u points. check total before paying. always get a receipt.

Today, I came here to buy a lottery ticket, and an Asian clerk was extremely rude. She completely ignored me, refused to help me print the ticket, and displayed a strong sense of impatience throughout the entire process. It's the first time I've had such an experience.

Grouchy staff. Im not sure if he is worked up or doesn't like his job.am I supposed to understand a wobbling head as a response to my question? Theres such thing as reading between the lines, but the wobbling head does not constitute an answer. not in Canada. Train your staff.

I want to 711 the other day to grab a coffee and something to eat I just had to tell everybody whatever you do do not buy coffee from there at any 711 the coffee taste so gross they don't clean the machines and the fried chicken and other so called cooked food is terrible I will never eat or drink anything from there they overcharged and the stores are always filthy dirty and there's always homeless people outside the stores and they don't do anything about it nothing against homeless people but they could go out there and tell him to leave but they don't but anyways the coffee the food is just terrible you'd be better off going for coffee at a Chevron trible will never go back

This 7 Eleven is a lot cleaner than the one on Rumble and Royal Oak. Strangely is that the two 7 Elevens are so close together. We came here to grab pizza on national pizza day. I collect 7 Eleven points through the app and sometimes, I get notified about the deals happening. Anyways the convenient store is not part of a gas station. It is somewhat smaller than the Rumble and Royal Oak location. Staff was very friendly. Food wise, I would say it was pretty standard. Can't expect too much at a convenient store. Not bad for something that opens 24/7.

They NEVER label the "hot chocolate" as being a "Reese's hot chocolate" when they change it.1) I would get something else if I knew it was a peanut butter hot chocolate flavour but here I am with a large hot drink I do not want.2) what about peanut allergies???

Employees in this store are rude and they feel like they are doing charity service ! But they didn’t realize they are being paid by customers and it’s our money. First management should teach them basic skills how to treat customers. All useless staff works here ! Unskilled and Cheap minded staff !

I ordered 7-11 orders in 7up app. When I picked up the order, I wanted to check the items inside the package. However, he was very rude and kept saying that I should not check the items. I told him that this was my right to check my order. He continually said you could not check your order so and so. Also, he said if your order has a problem, even if the item is expired, they will not do anything but ask me to report it to the uber app. So, he does not even know about the services of the 7-11 where he works. I recommend customers shop in other locations than this location; this location's customer service is terrible and needs retraining for sure.
