My wife and I I have been going to this place for years and they always harass my wife about her id an tell her it’s expired even though it’s not and they refuse to sell her cigarettes and on multiple occasions I’ve gone there around 2-3am and they lock the doors an refuse service aswell, the place is a pigsty and the staff are rude I would highly recommend going across the street to the shell

Be careful with this store.
I bought an Amazon credit card for $75. When I tried to use it, I couldn't, so I called and they told me they had already used it.
When I checked my purchase receipt, they didn't charge my Amazon credit card. They bought a lottery ticket for $75, so be very careful.

Worst employees working. Some lady named Hannah having the attitude of Princess of Wales when i asked if i can get two bills of 10’s. She said you need to buy something or else i cannot open the till. Whoever the owner is tell that stupid lady to go and get herself trained and not show so much attitude for simple requests. There are 100’s of people who have worked on the till and knows how it’s operated. Next time if i face such nonsense behaviour this store is going to have a hard time.

Who reviews 7-11s… Anyway, I feel I have to after a few visits. Everytime I go in, i was reminded on specials and discounts, without the push to upsell. Maybe I go at a good time. 8:38am Feb 8th. The cashier reminded me the special about $1 breakfast wraps with a coffee purchase. Which would end up being $12 at starbucks but I walked out for about $3.65?

If you buy a e-gift card from this store, make sure the card is loaded. They charged me $250, but didn‘t load the gift card!

I ordered my wife icecream from skip the dishes and they had the icecream on the skip the dishes app , upon delivery the driver shows up with just the taquitos and no ice cream , they could of called me to change ny order , if they didnt have that specific one in stock. Just so unprofessional , called there store and spoke to the lady who was working and she said she has no answers for me. Unbelievable. She requested i talk to a manager. Why do i have to go out of my way to ask questions , the staff should call the person ordering from them not the other say around!!

This is one of the worst 7eleven I've ordered from. When your lucky to receive your order it never matches what your ordered on the skip app. They have canceled my order on me 10 times in the last 3 months and even closed the store early on the skip app. I even drove down their once just to get some air and thought maybe it was closed cause it was super busy. But No they were not busy and just sitting at the register doing nothing..and I checked again the app was still closed but 7eleven is 24hrs....
If ur ever ordering on skip or Uber just pick another location it takes the same amount of time but atleast you receive what you PAID for..
If I could give this location 0 out of 5 stars I would..

The clerk on the morning shift of this store is rude, condescending, and just doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. Her attitude is deplorable. She shouldn’t be dealing with customers. She is the epitome of everything wrong with retail clerks these days this woman should not be on a counter at all and should be terminated for her attitude
I did as requested and replied to the link given and guess what? nothing nada zip nyet!
This is clearly a store and management that doesn't give a hoot or take seriously about customer service or the actions of their employees
They clearly forgot good service is good, bad service and lousy attitude employees ... word gets around.
Funny thing, I mentioned my experience to some friends who also had similar horrible experiences (with that clerk) at that store and they go elsewhere now.
Avoid this store and especially the morning female clerk. She should be terminated as mentioned

We were looking for 7/11 near by and we ended up here.. when we all entered those guys treated us super friendly , the both two guys we saw was working hard unlike other stores , the employees are moslty on phone or listening to music.. Inshort they were nice and well organized .. thankyou guys

The Indian girl who works here sucks. They ran a free play promotion on lotto tickets and she forgot to give it to me, but gave it to the couple behind me. WOULD NOT GO HERE AGAIN FOR FOOD OR LOTTO TICKET GUYS THIS PLACE IS HORIRBLE ALL THE ONE STARS REVIEWS ARE REAL PEOPLE AND THE 5 STARS ARE ALL BOTS OR THE EMPOLYEES THEMSELVES
