This 7-11 makes scam on Too-good-To-go app.
I made an order on Too-good-To-Go from this store because it mentioned to have availability, but when I arrived, the staff just told me that they had nothing.
It is a waste of my time.

I wish i can give them zero star's. From past month trying to contact the store for help. I don’t even remember how many time I have tried contacting them. Only the guy name vinay gave me the directions. Saima very unresponsive manager, requesting footage from last one and half month. Even she didn’t help the Icbc staff member. I will recommend 7-11 to help the person in need from next time. work on your customer service and specifically the management team at this location. Worst experience I ever have in my life so far.

I recently visited 7-Eleven. My Experience Was Very Smooth. I Encountered The Manager When I Was Stuck With Some Issue At The Pump. She Smoothly Handled My Query And Solved My Problem. I Would Definitely Take A Stop Again When I’m On My Way To Bainbridge.

I ordered two types of chicken one buffalo and one salt and pepper buffalo was nice and warm, salt and pepper came cold and soggy. Called the store if they can compensate me for it or if there’s anything they could do, employee was very ignorant and in denial.

I wish there were no stars available for this review... I ordered a hot dog with all the garnishes and toppings. Instead, I got a completely naked dog. As I complained, the salesperson just dryly informed me that they were out of everything and hung up the phone. They did not even try to apologize for the situation. Zero customer service at this location.
Note: I edited this review, as I got an answer to my complaint. The owner wrote back and sent me to a page that is just a survey. No plan of action to improve their customer service, no "sorry, come and get your free something....bottle of water, or just something " to make you feel that they are truly thinking about what they did ( not that I would have gone and get their free bottle of water or something, just saying). I guess my question here is: where did our Canadian politeness and welcoming go!????

Made an order via skip, they forgot my drinks (2 energy drinks and a slurpee) and my two corn dogs were delivered frozen. Would not order from here again.

Ordered UberEats for pick up from this location. Ordered 3 beef patties ans 2 bottles of ice tea, when I went to pick up the order they only had 2 beef patties and didn't bother to heat them up.This would have been fine if they had refunded me for the missing patty but they didn't even allow the refund.

Shell Game by *Company 7eleven*I recently had an interview on (date) that was scheduled at 10:30amI was appalled when I got to know that the interview was running late from the scheduled timings but I, out of good conscious, decided to wait upto 11:30 am.To my astonishment , they told me to wait another 40 minsThis is really both unacceptable and disappointing from such company who’re doing these mediocre acts

I stopped on my way home to purchase gas from the Esso at this location. I had cash so I walked in to pay for my gas and the lady behind the counter was stocking lottery scratch tickets no word of a lie, no acknowledgment I was standing there. She continues to fiddle with the ticket, so after a few minutes I clear my throat she finally looks up at me, I say 50 regular on pump 5 she rings it in, no customer service at all and I ask for my receipt and I leave. I get home and look at my bill and there is a PC optimum number on my slip with 240 points! She never asked me for my PC optimum card nor did I realize Esso takes this card or I would have given it to her. I call the location as I know someone got those points and the only person was the cashier who rang it in, my assumption of course is a dishonest cashier ringing in her own PC Card. Nope, the manager Rene said it was the client before me, their card hmmmm… how can that be? Nonetheless, he apologized. Warning to all that visit this location check your receipts, it doesn’t sit well with me.

Good location for sure washroom is always neat and I have no complaints about it when I use it , this location also has a small Tim Horton inside which is a nice littleBonus , the staff at this location all around are very good hard working staff members , as I am a frequent customer they do remember me and that does put a smile on my face for sure !
