A colleague of mine and I each purchased a Aerus Beyond Guardian Air Purifier. Burt Behzadi was the sales agent. We got the normal customer specifications of the Aerus purifier, however, we asked for more information, particularity how this purifier stacked up against other top quality models on the market. Well, Burt went to work and sent us more than we expected. We were indeed impressed. Impressed with the quality of our purchase as well as the 'Hallmark' customer service we received from Burt.....Professional, patient and accommodating.

The guy in the store was so rude and ignorant. very disrespectful. They have no respect for customers at all. I also know of several people whom they have called to get access to their homes and it is a very lousy business practice. It is illegal. Their sales people are the worst I have ever seen!

Has issues with door-to-door sales tactics and prices of agents based out of this store. Issues had to be escalated to Aerus Canada National office before they were ultimately solved. It's good to be aware of your rights with door-to-door sales and it also can pay to shop around to other dealers.

Very honest and helpful business. I had an old vacuum that wasn't worth fixing and bought a used one from them. I had trouble with the vacuum and they delivered me a newer better vacuum for a very reasonable price. That was 2.5 years ago and the vacuum I got from them has been working great. Very good customer care which is so nice to have in this day and age. It was great of them to deliver the vacuum to my home as well and stand by their produce and service.

We have been customers of Aerus for over 18 years. We have purchased two built-in vacuums, one canister, one large air purifier, one water cooler and a large four stage purification system plus many accessories. Everything works great and has been very reliable. Most of all the friendly and unparalleled service of this company keeps us coming back!
