I had a great experience with Fred, who came to fix our tankless hot water system. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about the issue. We had a very good experience with Angels Heating & Cooling Ltd. They were very professional, keeping in touch by phone. The technician, Fred, was very polite and skilful. He checked thoroughly our fireplace and baseboard heaters, and he helped us by identifying the issues.
The lady who called us was very considerate and prompt. We highly recommend them and we thank them for their support.

Unfortunately I am changing my review from a positive review to a very negative review. They have a technician who will come and purposely mess up your heating system and then try to up sell you a new heating system for thousands of dollars more. The heating system was good for about a year at most and then the tech who came to service our system sabotaged it and we have had and still have problems with our system. We were supposed to have 10 years warranty as long as angel heating serviced it and did the maintenance. We have been billed a few times when we would call them to come see why are heating system was not working. Their last visit the same guy who sabotaged it came and he changed a part stating that they never replaced it before. He charged a little over 700 dollars to get a new part and replace the old one. After he replaced it and was done he started trying to get us to buy a heating system that costs over 10 thousand dollars. He kept saying how his company will buy out old out of date heating system for 3 thousand and then he kept going on about how our heating system going to keep breaking down and going to cost thousands more to keep it working. And that our heating system is not a good system. But he will take the system for 3 thousand and we can get the newest one for over 10 thousand . This occurred in late months of 2023 and I have run out of patience for them to come and fix my heating system but not to bring the shady tech to do the job.
Problems with our heating system.
Wrong zones are connected to the wrong thermostats. Ie: when I turn my thermostat on to warm my bedroom and the North east side of my main floor it heats up my kitchen and my daughter’s room and my family room. When I turn on my thermostat located in the west side of my house it warms up my bedroom and washroom and my son’s room. Upstairs thermostat don’t work . They used to until the shady technician came and did whatever to mess it up. Middle bedroom has its own thermostat but it doesn’t work master bedroom thermostat doesn’t work. The thermostat in the living room does not work properly. Corner bedroom upstairs same problem thermostat is not working. There is only 1 good thing I can say about this company is a technician named Todd came over a year ago and he did fix all of the shady stuff that the technician did and Todd was honest and he saw what the problems were ,which was a very bad job from the previous technician who work for the same company as Todd. Also the part that the shady technician sold us is actually a 80 dollar part that you can buy on Amazon and any other online shopping sites . I have added pictures to show just how bad of a job this technician has done with our heating system. If I knew the name of the technician I would definitely have put it on this review. He is a fat middle eastern man and he comes with a skinny middle eastern guy and I know that the skinny one knows that the fat one is purposely ruining the working heating systems by changing connections around wiring different thermostats to different zones and damaging parts so he can rip off people and then try to sell them a system for multiple times more than the customer paid for the old one. And just one last thing our out of date old obsolete heating system is only about 3 almost 4 years old .
