I bought a Apple studio display today in person. But somehow a clerk came to me and subtly treated me as if I'm a thief (I think it's because I was wearing black clothes and black cap and a white mask). I was looking at Mac accessories at that moment. she asked if I need help. It wasn't like she's offering help she acted like she's a cop. I said I'm going to purchase a Apple studio display. and she told me they don't have that in stock available and I need to purchase online and get it shipped. So I checked online. It says available pick up at metrotown, meanwhile she stepped away. I talked to another clerk that I'm looking to purchase apple studio display and the clerk I had talked to said it's out of stock but my phone says it's available now. and then he immediately helped me purchase. It's overall very unpleasant and very very rude. I wanted to find her and show her that I bought the monitor that she said it's not available. but she was not there anymore. From next time, I will have to get myself dressed like a hollywood movie star to get treated better. How upsetting and rude this experience was. Another male clerk who helped me pay for it asked many questions why I needed the monitor and how I was using my Mac pro without a monitor etc. I think he meant well but after the first clerk, it just felt like I were still getting treated like a thief and I needed to prove that I were not doing wrong things there. The fact that the first clerk wasn't there to help me buy what I needed pissed me off really bad.

Worst customer service staff the lady helping me was not nice. When I entered I was looking for help every staff member was passing by me and giggling with each other. The short guy w/beard and heavy accent asked me rudely to stand in cubicle for an appointment everyone was looking at me the way he said. I got the appointment after 40 min wait, which is understandable, I came right away I got the message for the appointment. Asked me to sit, sat on chair for 20 extra minute everyone was passing by me and when I asked an Indian lady with glasses about my appointment coz I have to be somewhere later she was like did u already checked in? And I got little shocked but than the representative came in. I bet she have the worst attitude, I felt really rude the way she was talking to me. She was not helpful all she gave me the details how to get stuff done at home. Understandable that the things weren’t possible to get settled at the appointment because I my password was not working but the way she was answering my questions with the attitude the energy made me really uncomfortable. I called apple helpline the representative was so helpful, helped me with all the steps hope she would have done the same instead of saying “that’s not good”. Never coming to this store back especially with all the representative attitude nope. And kindly have them put their name batches so we know who we talked to or talking to. The representive was really scaring me with the attitude, and I didn’t want to argue about anything but if your working for a trusted company at least make your customers feel welcome.

Went here because my AirPods weren’t working right (left ear wasn’t as loud as the right). Technician brought it out back and came back saying “Just the software needed an update”. I was like great!Later I try them again and they were still having the same problem (plus there was a squeaking noise). I decide to bring it to the one a Pacific centre and the very nice lady brought them out back and actually ran the test and she tells me that indeed they are failing the test…Why they didn’t bother running the test here is beyond me…

If I could give this piece of shit no stars I would. The staff is unbelievably uneducated, and should probably be trained properly- this is not their fault. Fault probably would fall under the team leader Derrick. I walked into Apple unsure if my warranty was still valid or if my watch's issue even would be covered- the girl helping me checked and told me I was covered because the only reason it would cost me money would be if I used a 2nd party modification or if there was a liquid other than water in it. Told me I'd get my watch back within 5 days. SURE. SHIP IT OUT. 2 weeks later I get an email (so you already fucked up the timing) telling me it's a $400 fix because it's a "port error". No I'm not fucking paying that when it's covered. Send it back to me. They never contacted me and then tell me it's at some staples near my house...sure buddy. So I take my happy ass to staples so at this rate I could just take my stupid fucking Apple product to crystal mall to get it fixed and be done with it. STAPLES DIDN'T HAVE IT. I get yet another email about a week later. Mind you THERE IS NO FUCKING NUMBER TO CALL AND SPEAK TO A HUMAN. Now it's the week before Christmas and I go all the way inside of metrotown to get this stupid broken product back and it was revolting how busy it was. Sat there for a good 20 minutes for buddy to tell me they didn't have my watch (: .... And that staples had it. SO I GO BACK TO STAPLES. they didn't have it (shocking I know.). Fast forward to now- I just received a phone call.... They have my stupid fucking watch at stupid fucking Apple metrotown where stupid fucking Derrick after all of this still won't do a damn thing. How's about at this fucking rate you fix it for free because I'm going to burn all of my Apple products and never go back. I'd rather sit in poverty with android than to deal with that process again. Steve Jobs is probably rolling over in his grave thinking wow morons this whole problem could have been avoided. Ok I'm done being rude now. Merry Christmas apple, thank you SO much for doing the bare minimum and just getting by. The fact that I got off myLazy fat ass to write this review should show you how scathing I am.

The store manager of this location has horrible attitudes. He was not only unhelpful but also show zero sign of sympathy towards my experience with their products (which was very bad).He kept saying the same non-helpful answer over and over again as if he did not want to help and only want to kick us out of the store.As a fan of Apple before, I’m not sure I am anymore. Bad products and terrible customer service.

I'm very disappointed.Apple didn't notice consumers about the problem that occurred during the manufacturing process and hid the exchange in a hard-to-see place.After a certain period of time, Apple charges an amount 2/3 of the purchase price for the exchange.In addition, the product that exchanged is only waranteed for three months.And then they are upselling other products.

I am a new Apple customer and I bought an iPhone 15 today. I needed help to transfer the files from my Google Pixel to my new device. Leban helped me to do it and he set up the phone for me. It took about 30 minutes and he was very professional and patient. He is a very kind person. Thank you so much.

If there’s a option I would give them a 0 star. They don’t have customer serving skills. Two of the ladies working in the store showed us very strange unethical attitude. they are just selling the product but they don’t respect the customers. Even they don’t know how to listen to the customers if they have some issues with the staff. The lady at the front door told us that we guys are wrong instead of solving the problem. I won’t recommend anyone to visit them. They just need some training out of the store .

I ordered an iPhone 15 online in the morning, which was 15 days after the new phones became available for sale. The website indicated that I could pick it up today. However, when I visited the store around 5 pm, my order was still not ready, and they informed me that there was nothing they can do except waiting for a notification then come back, which sometimes didn't even come on the same day. By the time I received the notification, it was too late to go to the store since they closed at 9 pm. This experience left me quite disappointed with their customer service, and I can't comprehend why it took them so long to process the order.

She told me and my husband to go back to the back of the line even though we were in priority as we were in queue. Really unsatisfied with her attitude which might be her racism. All staff except for her was all good tho.
