“I have seen a number of fantastic shows with such strong artworks on display. Great curation and they find a way to make it worth the visit even with the space being so small.”
“Great little shop where you can get lots of art, puzzles, nick nacks and stuff by local artist Charles Van Sandwyck! They also custom order books for you and have a lovely selection of socks.”
“I could not recommend this studio more. I had a somewhat unusual request and a budget and Chantelle did an absolutely wonderful job accommodating both. She was thoughtful, insightful and a pleasure to work with. Every time I went in the studio she was working on an interesting project and I think that alone shows how talented she is as an artist. Plus her dog is super cute and hangs out in the shop sometimes. If you need something framed, this is the place to go.”
“Such a wonderful experience! I knew nothing about framing and David walked me through the process and options patiently and kindly. He made suggestions when I was unsure but never felt pushy in any way. I can't wait to bring another piece in.”
“Owner is very experienced and I have had a couple pieces done here that I am
very happy with. Plus, love that we have this unique shop in our neighbourhood and we can support a local small business that does quality work.”
“I ran into this frame shop last summer in Surrey City Central Mall. It is located at the second floor and you can take the elevator that is just beside T&T up and turn right when you get off the About 50 meters at your right hand side. The shop is full of the painting inventory and huge variety of the frames. Was quickly greeted by Kevin who is the Master frame maker found out later. He was very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about what he does. He customized my painting with the best frame to match the background colour and also made it proper size for the entire frame. The manager (or maybe the owner) Denise is a very amiable lady who manages the daily business of the shop with the exceptional customer service! Mohammed, Ron, Kevin, and Denise are all working together to running a refined, decent, and professional frameshop in the core of City of Surrey. This is what I am highly recommending to you if you need a master piece of craft for your piece of art! Thank you Denise and your amazing staff!”
“Great organization. You have done a great job with the Arts outside Festival. Very innovative and rich in activities. Such a treat for the community. Keep it up!”
“My organization hosted an event here last week and it was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had. The space is beautiful, well-organized, and incredibly easy to work in. The staff and management were an absolute dream from start to finish.
Martyna, in particular, is incredible so responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs on point. We’re so grateful we got to host our event here and would absolutely recommend Beaumont Studios to anyone planning something special :)”
“We had been here many times. We love the ambiente, it's cozy and you can buy drinks and snacks there which you can bring into the theatre. We saw tonight "title of show", what a great and fun musical!Great performance and singing harmonies.”
“Established in 1996 this home-home-gallery is a pleasure for the soul and eyes. Thanks for being part of the New West Cultural Crawl. It has been such a pleasure to stop by today.”
“The venue is lovely and small. Perfect from all vantage points. You can't go wrong with seeing a show here. And at $25/average ticket price, it's worth supporting local theatre. There is a "lounge" where you may purchase both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at very reasonable prices. And a small selection of snacks.Be sure to check out the gift shop filled with local artists pottery, greeting cards, jewelry, calendars.”
“I love this place, they have different exhibitions throughout the year with local artists. The staff is really nice, the souvenirs are amazing pieces of art.
Plus I love that is connect with the theater and have a lot of old photos of Deep Cove!
I like their Christmas market with local artists.”
“This is a great little community art gallery that features new and established artists from all over Metro Vancouver. There is no cost to browse, but you can leave a donation for the Arts Council if you wish.”
“There were works by local artists alongside pieces that reflect broader themes about place, life, and community. Walking from room to room I felt like I was connecting dots between the art, the space, and my own thoughts in a way that didn’t rush me or overwhelm me. There were little labels with insights and the people working there were happy to chat and share context about the themes, which made the visit feel welcoming instead of intimidating.
I also noticed how relaxed the gallery atmosphere was. Families wandered together, students paused to read descriptions, and quiet moments were easy to find if you just wanted to take your time absorbing the work. When I left I felt like I had learned something about art and something about how creativity can shape our view of the everyday world.”
