When I first went to Autosonic autobody, I was a bit apprehensive based on the look of it and Michael's somewhat cooler approach. Nevertheless I decided to rely on the excellent reviews Autosonic autobody has.Michel informed me that it would take two months to get me in.Since I wasn't in any hurry, I decided to wait and I am so glad I did!Michel Ng's communication was excellent! The workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone who needs car repairs to use them. Michel was superb in his text communications and how he explained the invoice.

Great advice and service! I had no experience with ICBC claims and another shop wanted to grind down my car door to fix one toonie-sized dent. I brought it to Autosonic for a second opinion and Harvey showed me how they could fill in the dent easily without any grinding. He talked me through the whole process: how I'd have to call ICBC to change shops, the estimate, the actual repair and the courtesy car rental. The dent was fixed in a single day! Would definitely recommend this shop!

Autosonic did a wonderful job on my vehicle repairs after two unfortunate hit-n-run's. Paint job was done near perfectly and all parts ordered were OEM -- Harvey (the owner) really puts efforts to ensure you get no sub part after-market parts whenever possible. He even offered to go above & beyond to help me with any other issues that's not accident related - that really shows the level of customer service excellence and their commitment to make customers happy! If there's any follow-up issues after you get your car back, Harvey has no hesitance to make any adjustments or re-do what you feel is needed.
