Nice little friendly convenience store and Canada Post. Went in for an Amazon return. One guy working both tills. Friendly, good service, efficiently worked both areas. This is a little tucked away, but if you need a pop, chips, or some Canada Post service, Id highly recommend it.

Buyer Be Ware....They charge you both PST and GST when you purchase phone card from them. You only need to pay PST on prepaid phone card...

There is a neighborhood convenience store nearby that sells simple daily items and handles postal mail. It is friendly like a good neighbor.

I've been going to this mart on a weekly basis since the mid-nineties. It's a convenient location to drop by for me because it's next door to where I bank. The owners are always friendly and polite to me.Usually it's not too busy but sometimes there can be a bit of a wait if there are Canada Post customers and there's only one clerk doing double duty between the store counter and the CP counter. In the past few years with the increase in online shopping, the post office is getting busier, especially around Christmas.

Friendly store owner who is also in charge of canpost. A quaint little corner store. Great for secure Amazon delivery.

Not sure what is going on with this particular Canada Post franchise. Everytime I come here, the cost is always $3-4 more per package in comparison to the Canada Post in Shoppers or London Drugs. I am shipping the exact same item, weight and in the same size box. Everything is identical and to the same province as well. So someone told me to start generating my own labels instead on the CP website. The issue now is if you come in the pre-paid label packages - the owners will always try to reject your package (with pre-paid labels) because it wasn't purchased from them. The last time I came, the owner was very hostile - scanned my package in and then proceeded to "flag" my parcel with a red star via sharpie telling me that it was over the weight stated and my package will be sent to my return address. I asked to take my package back and I was just going to go elsewhere but he refused to give it back because he already scanned it in. This is not a one off situation as you can see from other reviewers on both Yelp and Google Maps, they literally go out of their way to make the situation miserable and difficult for you.

Bainbridge Mart has been around since the early 90s! it's a relic in this neighborhood and I am happy to see it's still around. Owner has been grumpy since 1993 lol. I don't blame him, teenagers in the neighborhood use to try to steal from the store back then. As kids, we use to walk there to buy candy and rent VHS.

I always send my mail here. They help you through the whole thing. Very nice. Cute plants. Parking for over 10 cars. You can grab lots of things for house and home here too.

There is very poor communication skills at this location. The lady at the store was very rude upon my arrival. I wanted to access the Canada Post section and all she did was point to the sign it didn't even ask me what I needed I said to her do you know what I need? And then I proceeded to explain to her what I needed rudely responded saying she cannot help me but did not even look into my request and walked away to help someone else. I told her I wasn't finished yet and that I still had other mail that I needed to send out but she was very dismissive. I don't ask much from this place because I know it's a mom and pop store but this lady was really rude and if they cannot keep up with the demand of a Canada Post Office in their store they should hire someone else or not have that section at all.

November 12, 2020 - great to see large plexi glas shields protecting front counter and the canadapost office area. Spacers in place to keep people distanced. Hand sanitizer available. Guidlines and policies posted for customers to see. All staff observed wearing masks. Great to see stores like this setting a great example for other stores to follow during these pandemic times.Great service by most employees. Would really love if we could send pre paid parcels though. We have to go further away to shoppers to do so. I feel like we would come more often if this service was available. Otherwise great people and convenient store close to a bank and day care.
