I got this 100% wool coat for $9 during their coat and jacket 50% off sale!I love that we are supporting for a good cause too by shopping here. The items here are reasonably priced as well.I will suggest going right when it opens as I saw couple people waiting for a parking spot when I left.Thankful because I will be prepared for the winter this year!

Your store is indeed a treasure! Every time I step in, I feel like a big kid in a candy store- for a great cause. There’s undiscovered/ one of a kind books, knickknacks and accessories for everyone if one just takes time to look…. Absolutely love it!

This place used to be great, came for a few years, but I think they've forgotten they are a by donation thrift store and not a consignment/vintage shop. The prices have gone through the roof. I saw a board game for $80, random knick knacks for $9 and "ebay prices". When poor people can't afford your used items you got for free, you are the problem. Legit worse prices than VV and that says something. New edit: Thanks for arguing with me about your prices! I was a long time customer and I'm low-income telling you your prices are outrageous. I do know this is a donation/charity store, and you get everything for free. You're "second hand" pricing is ebay pricing which is not second hand, you do not have collectables and no I do not want to work for free in your store lmao. Take the advice and lower some of your prices. Have a AMAZING day!

I'm so happy I found this hidden gem in Burnaby! I got 3 pants, a Columbia jacket, and silk top for 38 dollars, seriously unheard of! I will be coming here again and again for all my thrifting adventures. One thing I thought that could've made the experience even better (5 star) was the customer service. I found the staff to be standoffish and quite closed off. The individual who cashed me out didn't speak a single word to me other than asking if I needed a bag. Another worker I approached to ask for help seemed annoyed. Not sure what that's about but other than that this place was terrific!

Great colors tagged sales and flash sales. They have 50 off all at times. Selection is quite good and the store is well kept. Wish i was a woman at times. The womens side is jam packed.

Bases is about a fifteen to twenty minute walk from Edmonds station or accessible by bus. Street parking is limited though they do share a parking lot. The store has most everything for sale - from clothing to books, kitchenware to games, electronics crafts and tools. Expect to find shorts and shirts in the $5-$10 price range, books for a loonie or twoonie and games from $2-$15. You won't find furniture or tvs here but you may find that book you've been searching for for months at a bargain price. As with all thrift stores, you can't be too choosy. On any given day you may get lucky and find exactly what you're searching for, but I wouldn't count on it.

Most of their inventory is in fairly reasonable shape! Very friendly staff, (they used to give you a card and a stamp for every $10.00 you spend and after 10 stamps you got $10.00 off but they have discontinued that offer)! It is too sad but I guess that's business? Otherwise I would give them 5 stars!

A hidden gem where you will find a plethora of treasures from Knick knacks to vintage items all at reasonable prices. The prices are fair and reasonable! You will find items for the Halloween party to assorted items for a sewing project. They gladly accept donations to support the local community. There’s complimentary parking on the side of the building or on the west side of Edmonds.

Really great finds here and prices are awesome! The store is kept very organized so it's easy to find things here. I found some really good quality clothes and the prices were amazing considering the quality. Most clothing items were around $6 for smaller items $12 for larger ones. The store is alot bigger than it seems from outside or when you first walk in - it stretches in the back.
