Amazing deal that I got from this store, staff stores is amazing, friendly, they give you all the information about your plan and products that you are obtaining from them. Josh was my representative from the store doing all the process for me which I am happy aboutthe deal Igot. I've been using Bell for more than 10 years and now they give me something great as an loyalty customer. Thanks so much Harvi for your support too. Well done guys.

If you ask me, you are bullying old customers and have a terrible attitude. Bell’s customer service staff are all uncles and they break the signal.

Ali and aman were amazing in their customer service! I had a problem transferring my sim from an xr to a 13 but they dealt with it splendidly. Ali especially took the time, effort and care to make sure the phone was working properly. I recommend going to this bell for all future problems.

Overall a great experience.1. The store manager was very friendly, not just polite. Explained lots of things while waiting in the lineup.2. The lineup was moving quickly even on Black Friday day.3. The rep that helped me was NICK - very fast, knowledgeable and helpful. Did things quickly but never rushed me and explained everything clearly. Thank you Nick.Overall it was a rare experience in Canada to have that quality of service. I hope it was not a one time accidental thing.
