When told that we have a competing offer for the same TV, the salesperson simply told us to 'go back to where you got that deal'. He was rude and aggravated the whole 6-7 min with only one deal given, no feature description provided for different TVs or care taken to explain. Only place where the potential customer was warned to make a quick decision or leave within 6-7 min. Thanks for nothing and yes, we know a bit about TVs too.

Awful customer service, management doesn't know what they're doing. GO TO COSTCO INSTEAD FOR ELECTRONICS
I bought an iPhone here in 2022, checked the app saw it was in store went to go pick it up and was informed they couldn't find it and it was likely still in the rig of shipments to be unpacked. This is totally fair and understandable, a little frustrating given the website stated the product was ready to pick up but I gave the store the benefit of the doubt given how hard it can be to unpack large shipments.
I came in everyday the next 4 days to see if I could pick up the product and each time I was told they still couldn't find it or it was being unpacked. On the fifth day I called their head office to check in on the order and they stated the package was likely lost in shipment or stolen and that I would have to lodge a report with the shipping company Best Buy uses. I went to the store to see if the store could just refund me and provide me with one of the iPhones they have in store but they refused a refund (despite losing my phone) and refused to give me one of the iPhones they had in store.
When I asked to speak to the manager all he told me was the customer service representative I spoke to was undertrained and she should have caught that the phone wasn't delivered sooner so that I wouldn't have had to waste my time waiting those 4 days. He provided no additional remedy for the situation or any solutions to fix it at the store. Mind you I paid for the product at the store and was told to pick it up at the store, yet when the company lost my shipment the onus somehow was shifted onto me to find it, yet the company was the one who ordered it. The entire situation could have been avoided if they let me refund the product (again that they lost) or just gave me a product on hand in the store.
Awful experience never buying from Best Buy again, if I had the time I would have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

As a loyal Best Buy customer, I’ve bought nearly all my appliances from your company, but this experience has left me quite disappointed.
Last Tuesday, my new fridge was delivered, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit through my door. The delivery person took it back and suggested I exchange it.
I immediately went to the store with the model I wanted to get, but it was out of stock. Since my old fridge was broken, I urgently needed a replacement, so I inquired about a refund to purchase from Trail Appliances. The appliance sales associate, Melika, seemed upset and firmly stated, “ALL MAJOR APPLIANCES ARE FINAL SALE, YOU CAN’T RETURN IT!” While I understand she wants to maintain sales, I would like to verify if this statement is indeed accurate according to Best Buy’s policy.
Ultimately, I opted for an exchange because Melika mentioned that the return process would take about 30 minutes, and as a father of a 3-year-old, I don’t always have that much time to spend in the store.

The female Indian employee with the glasses at the said there was “none left” of the model I wanted, which showed online there was, which she said was “an error”. So I asked a different employee and she found it… strange. Maybe actually train your employees on how to find products as that is their literal job.

Went there on Saturday October 12 around noon. Asked the sales representative for unlocked smartphone, noticed that the lady was the manager there. The manager told another lad who was with customers (which couldn't make their mind) to help me. I wanted to buy a new unlocked smartphone and the lady started selling me a Koodo plan I didn't ask for.
The plan was more expensive than my current plan and less minutes?!
Whenever I spoke to her, she would talk to people who she was talking before for a hour.
I decided which phone to buy it's Samsung 1100 dollars plus tax and she left to bring me one, all the time she would sneak to the people who she was talking before and that started to annoy me.
When she brought the phone to me and I was asking questions she left me again and went to assist those people who still didn't make their mind. I stand up and told her how annoying she is. She was serving me and she should listen to me and not turning her head and talking to those people.
I said that I'm not buying the phone there and that I will go somewhere else.
I should talk to the manager after that, but I was really upset. They won't see me ever again.

I was very disappointed today. I came in "ready to buy" with 30 minutes left on my paid parking. It was so short staffed, in spite of asking for help and waiting, I had to leave because I had no time left on my parking. I could see what I was going to buy, locked up but in stock, it was extremely frustrating.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I recently visited the Best Buy store for a return, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The manager was rude and unhelpful during the process, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. I expected a professional and courteous interaction, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
I hope this feedback leads to improvements, as customer service is crucial in retail. I will think twice before returning to this location in the future.

The guest entrance associate Jason gave outstanding service, but the management's handling of my refund (still unresolved) was chaotic. Initially, I was advised to wait an hour for the refund to be processed, but upon returning, a different manager informed me that the refund was still unable to be processed and that I would need to wait for a call and revisit the location. Before leaving I managed to get a hold of the first manager who helped me out (Frank) but again was told there was an error and this time told me to wait 30 minutes. Im guessing next time I came back it would be 15 minutes… Very dissatisfied and hope their system is more straightforward in the future.
Edit 2 weeks: Came back in today to try and process the refund, never got a call back to know if the process was ready or not although I gave the manager my personal number to follow up with me. Unfortunately again they could not process the refund because they had closed my account temporarily and would need to take a couple days to open it up again. Essentially if customers do not process their refund from the best buy internal account within a certain time period they have their accounts closed with no notification. Jason also mentioned that there has been times where customers have failed to reclaim over $1000 refunds due to this system. Hoping to hear back from him soon so I can get my refund.

Zach, the new guy, was very nice and helpful when we came in to purchase a new laptop. I've been to this location many times and this was the best service I've ever received. 10/10

horrible experience. do not go to this location unless you have time to waste. i went in and asked 5 workers for help regarding an item. each time i asked, all of them said they’ll send someone over and no one came. when i had a staff to help, they were talking in an aggressive tone like they didn’t want to be there. i will never go here again

Online says they sell the pixel 9 pro xl unlocked but when u go there and ask for it they tell u they can't sell u the phone without a plan and keep trying to push a plan on you even when u say no and show them they sell the unlocked one too
