They are Frightening Horrible Customer Service, Appreciation and treatment, they tried to charge me 1800$+ twice because they lied and said the system was down in middle of transaction when the debit machine said Approved and they said it was declined, and tried to get us to pay twice and she made that mistake cus she asked us and pushed us 5 x times to get us to pay for for a warranty when we said no 5 times.. and they said it didn't charge us but then my Dad phoned his bank and they confirmed Best Buy charged us. We eventually got our money back by going through a horrible hastle of getting paperwork from my bank that said the transaction was approved and that they owe us and gave us a refund eventually after going through this Nightmare. They tried to rip us off for 1800$+ Please avoid this place and at least go to another Best Buy.

My experience at Best Buy on Black Friday was disappointing. Despite the advertised discount on AirPods Pro, the cashier insisted on charging the full price, claiming there was no such promotion in-store or online. This contradicted the clearly displayed discount both in the store and on their website. The lack of consistency in honoring their own promotions left me frustrated and questioning the transparency of their pricing policies.

It's one of the best BestBuy in Vancouver.Special thanks to Claire for exceptional customer service. She helped us in solving all our queries and was also updated with all information about each and every product.I have visited so many BestBuy in Vancouver, but this one is best. Furthermore you will get most of the products in inventory in this store.Once again thanks Claire and Harman, Good Job.

This store is nice in itself, but the customer service is terrible. They treat people poorly. During my last shopping experience, I felt like I was bothering them, even though I only asked for help finding a product I wanted to buy and couldn't find. It should prioritize communication with clients—greeting, offering assistance, expressing gratitude—instead of making customers feel like a burden. Only one member of staff can make the shopping experience awful, even other members are nice. Next time, I'll opt for a different store or online shop.

The sales people in the store are not very knowledgeable about Best Buy Products. That goes of all the stores. I was recently in the store to buy a Go Pro and did have some questions. Before I asked I did my research and asked a simple question that I knew the answer to and well she got it worng so based on that I didn't feel comfortable in asking any technical questions. I suggest to everyone before going to Best Buy do your research on a product you want to buy before hand. The salespeople thing they have the answer but get it wrong!!!

I contacted customer service about a laptop I bought 31 days ago, the screen of the laptop just started to freeze out of nothing several times. I have contacted customer service today and no one seems to be able to help me with this issue. I know their policy, but this is a manufacturer issue I seems not fair that their team does not help

Overall, the customer service was abysmal We have become so disillusioned with this washer/dryer purchase experience that we no longer trust Best Buy. We wasted 4 weeks and thousands of dollars in lost wages waiting for Best Buy to deliver. We are never shopping here again.Laundry list comedy of errors (no pun intended):1. Sales reps neglected to remind us that we had to buy required accessories, e.g, vent and hose.2. Outsourced disconnection crew showed up late and did not unstack the old unit even though it was in the work order. They said that the delivery crew are supposed to do it.We immediately called customer service. They erroneously reassured us that the delivery crew are responsible for unstacking it.3. Delivery crew arrived the next day and could not deliver the product because the unit was not unstacked and they cannot do it, rather the disconnection crew must do it. We were told that we had to reschedule everything.4. The disconnection crew returned and had the audacity to argue and accuse us of not wanting it unstacked the first time. They grudgingly unstacked it but their rough handling damaged our door frame, so we asked them to stop. That night, we had to haul the dryer off the washer ourselves.5. After 3 weeks, the rescheduled delivery finally arrived but alas the new unit arrived badly dented. This was the last straw so we refused to accept it and decided to cancel the order.6. We had to return to Best Buy for the 3rd time to complain. They suggested rescheduling the delivery for the 3rd time. The trust is broken, so we refused. They offered us $100 discount off each unit. This does not compensate for missing $1000+ in wages having to stay home to await the disconnection and delivery instead of working shifts. The manager was especially disingenuous and dismissive, inappropriately smiling and not validating our frustration and extreme disappointment in their mismanagement of this purchase and delivery.7. We later escalated this complaint but nothing came of it.8. Of course, even the full refund did not go through, so we were forced to return several more times to try to receive it.Finally, after exactly 4 weeks we received the full refund. Unfortunately the damage is done. This was an absolute nightmare, so we are never buying from Best Buy again, especially not large appliances. For peace of mind, I’d recommend companies that specialize in large appliances such as Trail. They were swift and professional.

Disgusting service. I bought a Fairatone Card from Bestbuy store for installment payment. There has been no debt for 2 months. When I went to Bestbuy financial institution and asked, there was no answer, when I called there was no answer, I sent an email and there was no answer, I went to the Fairstone branch on Kingsway Street with the address I found on the internet, there was no answer. In fact, the shakers in Kingsway have no idea about the world. A complete waste of time and money. Moreover, this disgusting system may affect your credit score. The worst service I’ve ever seen in my life.

In-stock refrigerator purchased Sept 8 from this location. First delivery attempt by "Metro Last Mile" Sept 12, wrong address given by dispatch, and no call was made to the contact ph#. Delivery rescheduled for Sept 16 without checking if we were available, but nobody was home that day. Delivery rescheduled again for Sept 19, waited all day but was a no-show due to "truck break-down". 4th delivery attempt yet to be scheduled. Stick to TVs at BestBuy and get your appliances from an appliance store with their own trucks.

I bought an AC at the beginning of the month and it went on sale, came in today to get a price adjustment. Jason was moving around so efficiently between customers, while still providing such great customer service. I was in and out within two minutes, super fast! Jason was super polite throughout the transaction when asking to see my phone, and I left very impressed with the level of service I was provided. Wanted to make sure I shouted out hard work when I saw it! Thank you for being so kind and efficient :)

I like shopping at Best Buy and their new store layout is much better than before.Locations are spacious but they lack the staff to cover all departments. Asking for help is difficult at times.Their inventory for certain items like Movie Steelbooks is so BAD that their stores don’t even get them anymore. Your best luck is to order online, though they need to have a one order limit per customer. It is disappointing that a lot of customers have missed out on securing Steelbooks because the items are already SOLD OUT just hours after they were posted online. Very disappointing

I went in to return the product which was defected already and they refused to return that product and asked me to buy something else because they don’t have the same product available.The staff doesn’t help anyone if you ask them about anything they will just tell you to ask someone else. After finding everything by myself and went to do the billing counter there is a long wait without any line up and even worse is that I brought a product and in the aisle the price showed was $39.99 and when I came to the cashier counter they told me it’s for $90.99 and even I showed them the picture of same products were there.They even refused to price match and said if you want to buy you have to pay this price only otherwise you can buy it from somewhere else.Never going to this particular store again worst decision of buying a product. The customer service is terrible. I would suggest to buy it from somewhere else except the Metrotown location.

Very disappointing customer service. My stove has broken and after filing a claim, having a technician confirm it is broken, Bestbuy sent an email confirming I would be contacted within 3-5 business days. This is after already waiting a week and a half for the claim to be processed and the technician to visit..... at the end of 5 business days, no call, no email, no update. After reaching out to Bestbuy through the Geek Squad all the staff could do was apologize, claim my claim had been successfully processed without any issues, and advise me to continuing waiting.This is now at 16 days and counting with out a stove to prepare food and no updates from Bestbuy.... disappointing.

Iam a seafarer and was visiting Vancouver, Canada with the ship and I needed to buy a laptop for myself.Naturally I went to Best buy, near Metro town mall and I was attended by Ms Mannat at the best buy store .She did understand my requirements and my budget to the point and suggested me a very good laptop, Lenovo Yoga and iam so happy with my new laptop.Have been using the laptop for over a month now and it's performance is amazing.Thanks Ms Mannat and amazing staff at Best buy to make the laptop buying experience, such a pleasent one.Cheers!!

I was in station Square branchto get a new phone and I had excellent service from Kavir at the mobile counter.He transferred everything over from my old ancient phone and helped me get set up with my new one which I really appreciated. He is very kind and helpful.
