Brought in our Tesla for a leaking tire. The team here is friendly and transparent. They quickly found the issue, a bent rim, and provided options. Not only did the rim repair job save me a lot of money, they completed it much faster than they predicted. (1 day instead of 3)

Big O Tires is one of the largest tire repair, replacement and balance positioning chain stores in North America. This tire shop in Burnaby is doing a booming business. You need to make an appointment in advance to replace tires. You may have to wait for a long time if you go there at short notice. The service attitude is okay and the prices are affordable.

Service was great and costs were reasonable. Would have rated 5 stars but they forgot to return my mag wheel lock nut which I had to go back and pick up. They did realise it and phoned me to let me know so that's good.

I never do review post but I hope this helps you save your money and avoid the headache and most importantly keep you and your family safe. I've been going to BIG O Tire Gilley for about 4 years now and sadly it's time to look for a new shop after what I'm going through right now. When it's time to take your money its no questions asked but when its time for them to correct mistakes they made, that also put your families life at risk along with towing fees and other parts that got damaged because of the amateur work that they did. Expect nothing but sweet sounding words with no intent of actually helping you out. The story is long but in short they did work for my CRV about two months ago that costed me a few THOUSAND DOLLARS and this weekend while on the highway the same amateur work they did failed and I'm just happy that I'm alive. I thought since it's the work they did It would all be 100% covered by them but sadly thats not the case. They want me to pay more money out of pocket and on top won't cover the $400 towing bill. I paid thousands for the amateur work they did and they won't pay a few hundred to make things right and take accountability. BIG O TIRES is not the place to go to, save your money and go elsewhere. TRUST ME

It was my first time bringing my car here today. I needed my tires changed and for maintenance, I must say the service was excellent right from the time I walked into the door until the time I left. I will definitely come back here again.

Have been going to John before he took the business over form his good father. My sons now go to John as well. And yes there are still people that give quality of work and a fair price on their good work. Thanks Kim and Lawrence John no longer there and the quality of work has gone with him. There have been numerous people trying to make a go of it but each one seems to be worse. Both of our sons have had bad experiences and most recently they tried to glue a broken dip stick together and charge for the time!

I needed a nail removed from my tire, and the tire patched...or at least I thought I did. Not only was the guy pleasant over the phone and in-person, he charged me nothing when his staff discovered that the nail did not puncture the tire. He then turned down each of my three offers to pay him something for his staff's time, and I also got my tires pumped to the correct pressure.Such experiences speak very highly of this location's business practices, and the mindsets of the people that run it.

I have been taking my vehicles to Big O Tires for several years now. To start with I only went there for tire changes but eventually started going to them for everything. The service has been amazing from Imfaz and team. Also wishing best of luck for the new ownership. I have never been made to feel that I was being taken advantage of - in fact the opposite has been the case.They always make sure I understand what is needed and the charges are more than reasonable. They go out of their way to provide a level of customer service that is seldom seen anymore. I would recommend them without hesitation.
