UPDATE: The branch manager Hannah called to tell me the ropes and poles are in place to control the line up which was the major source of my frustration.If you like waiting in long lines, then have cutters step in front of you to be serviced first, this is the place for you!!! They have the dumbest floorplan for waiting. No one goes to the WAIT HERE sign because the tellers don't even look at the person standing by the sign. Instead they'll take whichever despicable cutter that steps in front of them instead because they are too meek to tell them to wait their turn. So it's up to YOU to make a scene (and hope to not go viral) to be serviced when it's your rightful turn. Complete Anarchy! I've made multiple requests to the tellers to tell the branch manager to rope off the waiting area to prevent cutters and today's teller told me flat out "no, she won't" because she blamed herself. The prior one said "the branch manager is new and I don't want to bug her too much". lol! I've been a life long BMO client and everything was mainly great when they were at the old Kingsway location, but now it's total amateur hour and a great way to ruin your Friday!!!.

Horrible service and experience l. This branch obviously doesn't value client time or money! I spent a total of 1 hr in the branch in line and for the representative to speak to manager for them to only tell me I had to book an appointment all just to have a form signed?! I had a duplicate charge on my debit card brought all the supporting documents so it was obvious....!

Not good customer service all three times I had to come to this branch in the last month. 1st appt: the agent wasn't in (and hadn't bothered to cancel) and the person I finally saw was constantly distracted. 2nd appt: the person made a serious mistake which meant I needed to go back a 3rd time. 3rd time: teller was impatient and borderline rude. The three stars are only because eventually my job was done...

Please fix your ATM machine! It ate my money and show nothing on my balance, and it also cut off one piece of cash. Every time I tried to deposit the machine gonna has some problems! And I need to spend so much more time to wait for the investigation.

Made an appointment to open an account with Connie ZhangI said I would only open an account and not deposit money into the account for the time being. I would arrange it myself in the future. I almost lost my debit card information due to a fraud and didn’t have my card, I came straight to Hazel, she helped me fill in a email and also got me a new card right away. She was very nice and so sweet thanks again

Staffs are lack of knowlege and expriences. Especially attitute and customer services are too bad even senior guys in this branch. I have both RBC and BMO, RBC is way better in Metrotown area. Always feeling bad after visiting BMO.
