I visited this location today, I forgot my phone after i was done with my purchase in the store. The cell phone is not expensive but I had my important documents in my phone. I went back to check for my phone, I appreciate Brownsteam loyalty and honesty. they ksavedmy phone and give me once I returned. The whole team was super nice and helpful. I will definable visit Browns again this location. Esteban and Zuhal were helping the mist.

i came here for the boxing day sale and the workers were super kind and helpful. the store was packed, but they still came up to me to help me. they answered any questions i had and i cant emphasize enough how kind the workers are! the ones who helped me were emmanuel and another guy i didn’t get the name of, but he was great!

I usually don’t post reviews, but the service from Daniela (cashier) in the last day of Black Friday was excellent. Even with a packed store, she was very professional and efficient with a big smile on her face.

I wanted to buy Ugg and they didn't have my size but Melika helped me so kindly to order it for me and it was very convenient! I loved the service even though it was busy. I will definitely coming back and highly recommend this place :)

Very rude staff. I like browns and use to go to another location not the metropolis one because of staff only.Hope they do something about it. During closing they behave so rude. I wonder why. If you're tired then stop working but no right to say things to customer or ignore him.

Had a really bad experience here on Thursday around 2PM with an extremely pushy sales associate. I came here on my lunch break and was helped by a guy I didn't get the name of (young - early 20s, tall, dark skin/hair, and possibly new) to try on 2 pairs of shoes. While he was getting the shoes for me I asked another associate nearby if they offer Afterpay/Affirm in-store and she said yes, so I tried them on. Afterwards he asked me if I wanted to get them and I said "I think so, I just need to think about it for a sec" since it was almost $600 total and I wanted to quickly double check the Afterpay terms on the website. He then assumed I meant I was leaving the store and immediately proceeded to pressure me to buy them with an immature condescending tone, similar to an angry teenager. I said I wasn't leaving the store, I just needed a minute and also told him I wanted to purchase them with Afterpay. He said ok and just took the shoes to the till. At the till I reiterated a second time I wanted to do Afterpay if possible and he said he'd check with his manager if they did that in store. When he came back, he said Afterpay was only online. I told him that's how I had wanted to pay and before I said anything else he IMMEDIATELY became super rude and was like "ok so you're like not buying either?" immediately followed by "Wow... like not even one pair? Really?" and was staring me down trying to pressure me. I was going to buy the Blundstones anyways, but after his condescending attitude I decided to leave and ended up just getting them at Little Burgundy that day instead. Also, he was literally helping me for maybe 5-7 mins tops as he wasn't with me when I was actually trying on the shoes, so it's not like I took up a bunch of his time trying on a bunch of shoes and walked away. I understand y'all work on commission, but harshly pressuring customers and making them feel embarrassed with a snarky mean tone for not buying shoes is SO uncool. I will literally never be back to this location, which is a shame because I work in the office towers and it's convenient. When I got back to my office I told all my coworkers what happened and told them to avoid him like the plague. Pro tip for the sales rep: just because a customer tries on shoes with your bare minimum assistance doesn't mean you're entitled to a sale.

I had a great shopping experience here! I went to this store to buy my first timberlands for the fall/winter weather, and I knew I was between sizes 6.5 and 7. I had trouble getting them on at first due to the laces but worker was really patient and accommodating. He also provided a lot of advice in how leather shoes should fit and I decided to go with the 6.5s :) I’m really happy with my purchase and I’d definitely come here again for future shoe purchases!

Terrible customer service, no associate comes up to ask customers if they need any help or not and upon asking is just redirected, oh someone will help you there. If a customer wants to make a return , the behavior of the associates is very rude and unpleasant.

I am actually disappointed on the customer service i got today. I clearly didn’t know some information about card on return and the cashier was very rude to me. I have been shopping at this store for many years and never had this horrible experience. I am truly disappointed. Maybe some staff need people skills. Sorry to be rude but i really felt mistreated.
