The store is over loaded and that one lady working at the cashier. Long black hair in pony tail...she was snotty and rude.
Shes NOT a people person so why dont you put her in the back of the store n away from people.
You want people to feel welcomed and want to buy stuff not treated like dirt!!
Service is not impressive!!

I recently visited Buck or Two Plus Shop at Metropolis at Metrotown. The store offers a variety of items similar to Dollarama, including household goods, party supplies, and snacks. However, I noticed that the prices are somewhat higher compared to Dollarama. Despite this, the store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. While the selection is comparable to other discount stores, the higher prices might be a drawback for those on a tight budget. On the plus side, Buck or Two Plus does carry some unique items not found elsewhere, which could justify the extra cost for some shoppers. Overall, it's a convenient place for a quick shopping trip, though price-sensitive customers might want to compare with other options.

Variety of items under 10 dollars.
I liked the party section, it has good options of party decor, candles and Stash.
Some products are low quality and not worth the price.
It's a great place if you are looking for cheap and small souvenirs.
They also have cute baking tools and cheap party supplies
The staff is usually busy and shop is mostly full.
The space gets congested with 2 or more people in row.
The place is not accessible ♿✅

Very bad customer service. Price is so expensive, I mean more than supper store and Safeway supermarket. Some of the people who work there looks so done.

Went here yesterday, it’s so messy and disorganized. Most items don’t have a price. The way inside this store is so little because on how unorganized they were. The staff are just talking but the way they are talking were like shouting. When I went into the cashier to pay for the items, the cashier just kept talking to the other staff in a shouting way !! that was so rude, there’s a customer in front of you, you didn’t even greet the customer (me). lack of courtesy! horrible customer service!

The girl who was the cashier was very rude and had no clue about prices. Really unprofessional and disappointing. Needs to learn how to talk to customers.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The lady (Her name is Joy) working there was dishonest and unprofessional. Not only did she fail to properly blow up our balloon for our baby’s birthday, but she also had the audacity to blame us for the mistake. She further claims that she can’t refund us the balloons and says her helium is too expensive to refill the balloons. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a USB C cord and it did not work. I went back and asked them if they could look at the packing on it for the exchange since I did not have the receipt. They said no. My friend bought a cord from them and it did not work either. So do not purchase any charging cords from this store
