I spoke with the manager’s today. He seems so defensive and I told him I only wore it once but their shoes quality was horrible. It hurts my feet and it got scratches in one wear. They could’ve just replaced it with a new one cuz it’s not comfortable for my feet. Anyway. This style’s quality is I would say horrible.

Not recommended at all.
Other stores refund your right away but this guys hold you for long time

I purchased 112 dollar boots and in 2 days the soul is separated the whole pasting is out. Atleast change your return policy.some of us can’t afford to buy shoes daily.

Sales associate V is lovely. Helped me with my shoes. However, the two associates that were working tonight (Sunday, January 29th) came up to me three times in a span of 5 minutes to tell me that the store was closing in 5 minutes. When I tried to explain what happened, one of the associates interrupted me and starting saying how she was confused about who was helping me. Had V not been so nice and helpful, I would have not purchased the boots I wanted. Please train your closing staff to be more polite and respectful with customers and to learn to apologize.

Recently I bought waterproof boots from call it spring. I wore 3-4 time in rains and after that it started to peel and sole got detached and even the leather got spoilt . BAD EXPERIENCE and LOSS of money
