I had a good experience on a Friday morning. I’m the only customer and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable with the type of service that I needed. The manager was also there to oversee and greeted me as well.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Gino for assisting me with my issues. In short, the sender of my package had mistaken the postal code on my package and my package was stuck in a loop for the last few days. Gino was super understanding, accommodating and professional as he was assisting me. Providing me all the information that he had available when available and following through with everything that he said he was going to do for me. Thank you so much for everything you and your team did for me today!

I have to travel all the way from joyce to this location and pick up my mail since the place changed mail boxes and only to come, and it's shutdown when it's supposed to be open. Place doesn't even have a phone number to call .

I got a single letter-sized page document even under 0.88 kg which just can be squeezed into a regular envelope to be sent to my friend in Japan. In fact, I need to have this time-sensitive document arrived to his hand preferably within 2 to 3 days but if not, I can tolerate to take under 5 days. I also understand that for less than $5 , I can have my document delivered to Japan but I was aware of longer duration to reach the final destination (up to 7 business days or even longer). Regardless, the customer service staff from the front counter of this Burnaby Sussex canada post branch gave me misleading and wrong information that their express service is convenient than the regular international post even though the price of the regular one is way cheaper than the express since it only takes up to 9 days to deliver when actually it should be 2 to 3 days not the time duration she mentioned and therefore I got charged wrong rate ($81) rather than the rate specified for 3 days delivery service that I actually need. Right up to this point after 10 days, my friend still has not received my document. Unbelievable! For the mailing rate I paid, I could have gotten 3 days service, not more than a week ! Ridiculous again ! Also, she failed to let me know that significant factual information which I should have realized and known should my decision to select different mailing option changes. Another thing is that, finally, I've reached the canada post headquarter and they said my document would have been delivered under 4 to 7 business days via regular international post which does not happen in my situation regardless. Should I have known this case earlier, I would unequivocally request either 2 to 3 days express service or the regular 4 to 7 days international post service. All in all, the service experience I got is truly unhelpful and unpleasant at all.I have a doubt to come back for future services for sure.Well . . , I guess whatever the amount I overpaid, I shall treat it as my kind motivation to give away for charity reason.Thanks so much for your service.Hope you guys will see this comment.Winston.

Consistently disappointed by the lack of respect and customer service skills the staff have. I don't usually leave low ratings, but someone needs to call your staff out because I don't want anyone else having the same experience I have each time i go in.No one gets greeted when entering, and talking to your staff feels like talking to a wall. Older lady with short grey hair and glasses needs to find another job and stop making everyone else feel miserable.

A little back story. I mixed up a return shipping label a week ago between 3 packages. I accidentally labeled a package with the same shipping label. So I couldn't return it.Fast forward this week. I don't remember which label needed to be shipped but managed to narrow it down to 2 possible candidates. I taped both of the labels on and which ever one doesn't get scanned gets ripped off.I came in today, may 12 at 12pm, let the clerk know my situation and they said "go home and figure it out." They cannot scan both. Understandable yes, but the one that can't be scanned will not be scanned. The unscannable label will be ripped off the package. Do you not see the logic? But they refused all together and tell me to go home and figure it out. On top of that I'm told Systems down. Wasted 10 mins of valuable oxygen on something that couldn't have been scanned in the first place.1 star for lack of customer service, employing a person without the slightest hint of critical thinking and wasting my lunch break.I feel bad for locals who are forced to use this location.

Most mail services in BC get pretty low ratings, I totally understand the frustration. However, the staff/supervisor at this depot at 6025 Sussex was helpful at answering my concerns. Also, he followed up afterwards with more information. My interaction was positive.

This is the worst CP in burnaby. Waste of time. Staff are very unhelpful and don't have a clue on how to operate a post office.Thankfully this is not the post office for my area. Never again will I set foot in this place.0/10 for customer service.

Extremely busy location.I have spend almost 40 minutes. Post office clerk had announced few times that they have issues with connections to the servers. Possibly bad luck for me.
