Canadian Tire's cat litter is cheaper than Pet Smart's. At first, what I wanted to buy not on the shelf. The staff named Ammetah helped me go to the warehouse to pick it up. The cat litter was quite heavy. Thank her very much who made this shopping experience e so convenient for me

We (my husband & me) were extremely upset and being humiliated by the Shop Manager yesterday when we requested to check the no refund no exchange product in front of the cashier before we paid for it. The Manager's attitude was so bad so impolite that she even refused to tell us Her Name upon our request. Thus we can only address her as a Female Manager.We bought two boxes of [As-is items] : 10 Coffee Capsules per box . Both boxes were also stated clearly that because of [opened package] for clearance. Although both boxes were taped, the packages were so horrible(see attached photos ) that I requested the cashier to help me to check inside to make sure that they had right number of Capsules and no broken coffee Capsules in boxes( because they were no refund or exchange after payment). The cashier asked the Manager for permission to check the items. Then a lady (she refused to tell us her name: ?? Manager ) approached us and we explained the reason to her & told her that we would pay for them after checking because we didn't want to pay if the Coffee Capsules were broken or damaged, just for guarantee. However, the manager told us that there's no guarantee to the customer to buy the As-is items and she also said in a very impolite way that we only pay $6 ( regular price $11.29) a box just because of the open package. She did not let us to check the product. So I asked her that May be I paid first & I checked in front of the Manager. She replied to us very rudely that even though there's something wrong about the As-is product in front of her, base on the no refund & no exchange policy , nothing she could do for us. She emphasized that we pay only $6 for As-is item and no guarantee or right to check the item. We explained to her the we were retired and no job, $6 is also important to us. How can a Big Company Canadian Tire treat the customers like that? She began impatient & also asked us to buy the regular price product instead. We felt being humiliated by her words & asked her name for several times. She replied very rudely that we no need to know her name. She would not tell us her name. Afterwards she quit quickly without helping / solving our problem but making us very angry about her reply & attitude.Why the Manager did not let us know her name ? Should a Manager upset customers by humiliating the customers? Other Companies' shops are also post the Manager's Name with photos at the entrance for customers information. Why this Canadian Tire Manager dare not to tell her name and left quickly ? Is this a very good example of a irresponsible Manager ?

This CT has gotten a lot nicer as of recently. Upgrade throughout the store have resulted in being able to get in and out much faster!

Easy in .out ,Canadian tire is a good store. Things are still reasonable priced it changes stock quite often go look for yourself if you haven't been there they do regular seasonal turn over and are always adding new things I like the store, they have rearrange the store and moved things around

The manager was so helpful, helped me find right adapters and pipe for my plumbing after 20 minutes, and the price was also acceptable, large warehouse with awesome variety of stuffs

Worst experience! I came for a Vehicle inspection $89 flat rate . They took the vehicle inside and started inspection. Didn't find anything else to make extra $$$ so they came back with “if you want us to pass ur inspection we would need to change number plate light rear end”. They said my light is blue and it’s illegal. So I told the manger that I will change the bulb my self and bring it to your shop tomorrow. He said you have to repay for the inspection. Then I told them to change it as I didn’t want to pay for inspection again. I ended up paying $155 ,(extra $65 charge for changing the light bulb) Scam!Don’t go to this location they are scammers.

I went into the Canadian Tire at Market Crossing looking for a helium balloon. I went to the Party City section. No one was there so I looked for my balloons. I went to customer service asking for help with the helium. I went back to the party city section to wait. 10 minutes go by no one came. I went to ask for help again. One of the staff called for someone. 10 minutes go by again. Finally someone comes. She rings in my items I pay for the items. I tell her I am in a rush. After I pay she stops to help another customer. I am waiting for another 5 minutes. Finally she fills the balloons with helium. It wasn't even busy at 6:15pm on a Wednesday night. The one star is for customer service.

I stopped at this Canadian Tire around 11:30 am on December 30th to pick up oil filter wrench and oil filter. I asked a young gentleman in auto part department to help me to get the right wrench size. He came out and got me one. I was at the cashier just about to pay I saw the same guy ( unfortunately I didn’t catch his name ) was coming towards me and he measured the rim of the wrench again to make sure it was the right size. He took it back after a few minutes came back with the right size wrench.I was very impressed by his customer care and service. His work ethics and commitment to his job was beyond my expectations.. I would like to thank him very much and wish him all the best in the life.Please note that I got the employee name on my following visit and his name is(Roni)?
