I must say they just make money thru ICBC claims and didn't make sure that vehicle is completely repaired or not. My vehicle was not drivable after a MVA and got repaired with them thru, they just did the cosmetic stuff and didn't fix any single mechanical issue. They didn't informed before or during the repair what exactly is going on and got a call that vehicle is ready for pickup. Since then Sep 24 vehicle is sitting in my parking lot as its not safe to drive and not getting started. Even yesterday I checked that water is their inside the car towards driver side front leg space, under seat and rear leg space. I must say do not go to them and choose someone who really care for customer service with 100% honesty. They are not co concerned about drivers safety. Worst place and Alex just mentioned that car came to them just like this, which eventually went for repair after a accident.

After filing a claim for my accident, Alex made the transition to fix our car very smooth and stress free. They have loaner cars available which was a bonus. Work was done in a week. Highly recommend Century Collision

Went there just for an estimate, estimate was not taken place, was told my car was too old, and ICBC would tell me a total lost over just some dent. Told me would call back and never happened.First, incompetent to repair it as it is repairable. Second the whole vibe was judgemental, lazy and not positive. Very negative vibe. Typical Chinese attitude. Typical Chinese work culture, lots of no, no this no that, lots of reason to say no. Very unhelpful. Won't find a way to say yes. Just overall very bad attitude. Stay away!

They never got in contact with me to inform me about anything.I had to call them for updates, the only call I received was to tell me I had to come get my car off their lot.With over 2 weeks without a vehicle, they assured me they would give me a loaner , a temporary replacement vehicle while the repairs where being done : no such efforts were made and I was left to my own regarding transportation.More transparency would go a long way.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service, excellent work, Century Collision is a prime example of an outstanding auto body repair shop facility, being involved in a motor vehicle accident can be stressful and scary, this facility was highly recommended by Google search engine, next thing I knew I was talking with Alex Su and Ivy, I am 198.79 % satisfied customer, you guys still have 1.21% room for improvement to obtain that 200% craftsmanship. Poor service, poor maintenance skills, dishonesty, one price when reporting for repairs, replacing large parts without informing the car owner, greatly overcharging when picking up the car, forced buying and selling, no professional ethics, strongly recommend that car owners do not come here This repair is completely untrustworthy!
