Very unprofessional greedy employees. I needed a sim card because I lost it and they told me i am not allowed to get a blank. Waste of time don't come here

Terrible service! Terrible attitude! set up our account without giving us online access. we went back and wasted two more hours and they could not figure out how to input our payment information- We went to commercial drive location and the problem was resolved in 20 mins. go elsewhere to get a chatr account. Crystal mall chatr are completely incompetent and will screw it up.
