One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had at a gas station. The attendant on duty was shockingly rude, condescending, and openly hostile over something as simple as asking for the washroom key. She immediately shifted into that now all-too-familiar victimizing routine — acting as if I was the problem, inventing attitude that wasn’t there, and treating a basic request like it was some kind of personal attack. At this point, nearly everyone has dealt with this behaviour, and it’s beyond tiring.
No customer should be subjected to that kind of treatment. Her behaviour was unprofessional, aggressive, and completely unacceptable for a Chevron location. Management seriously needs to review her conduct. I won’t be returning.

Imagine saying Don’t mess the washroom as I have no time to clean your mess. How can you say that? The morning lady staff have a lot of ego and basically seem not there to respect customers. I hope you find your karma and never serve other customers with your bad attitude. I am sure other customers recognized your actions.

Very bad service in the morning I bought the buy something.i asked him to put extra he didn’t put it in I told him return back .he said no refund I didn’t out the store .he make mad in morning. He said return no refund. What’s is this service very bad .

I had a great experience at this Chevron location thanks to Jaspreet.she was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Jaspreet went above and beyond to assist with a friendly attitude and positive energy.
The station was clean, well-maintained, and the service was quick. Jaspreet made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any gas station.

I had a disappointing experience at this gas station on the morning of July 3rd around 7:00 AM. I went to gas station to get gas on my car and to use washroom and also my car had bird droppings on the windshield, side window, and sunroof, so I took a moment to clean it using the station’s squeegee.
An Indian girl working at the counter behave badly with me and very rudely told me I couldn’t clean my car there and told me to go to some car wash. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. I understand if there are certain policies in place, but there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. Her behavior made me feel very unwelcome due to which I didn’t took gas from there.
I’ve used this gas station before without issue, but this experience has left a negative impression. I hope management addresses how staff speak to customers, especially when they’re simply trying to maintain their vehicle.

Jaspreet, who is the employee at this location, would not help myself and another customer because she decided to make herself a coffee instead today during my visit at thie station.
The coffee machine was almost empty and was pouring out incredibly slow but she continued to try and fill her cup up full while customers waited on her.
She then made me pay for a Proline ticket without checking to see if the games chosen were available. After she made me pay she then decided to check if the games were available and they were not. They weren't available because Jaspreet took her time trying to fill up a coffee for herself and wasted all the available time when the unavailable games were available.
She needs to be fired.
