This is the 3rd time they double charged my credit card, absolutely mot acceptable.Do not use their services because u have to wait for the extra money they are taking to comeback.Very suspicious, i dont know what they do with the money but this things happens everytime.

Monday 17th Jan 2022 (around 11:55 am) my wife walked into the Kiosk Convenience store on 5009 Kingsway to redeem a chocolate bar from her Journie card.The Korean female worker did not scan her Journie card nor try to scan it. She just said the Journie card cannot be used to redeem any free gift.My wife told her she did redeem gifts by using the card in this store before. But the Korean woman impatiently just said "No!"1. There was no other customer in the store. It was not a busy time.Why was this Korean worker so impatient and rude?2. If she tried to scan my card and it did not work. I would be very happy to walk out of the store.3. In Feb, I did go into the store and met this Korean worker 2 more times.She was still very impatient and rude. Horrible!I wrote an email to Customer service on 17th Jan 2022 (long before I made this comment on google) but the response from Chevron was: I can call their number.

The Indian girl sitting at the service desk I don't know why she can continue to work here, I bought cigarettes here, showed two ID cards, she refused to serve me because I didn't take off the mask, when I compromised, She still refuses to serve me

I went to this gas station today near about 10 am , the lady working at front counter lied that the washroom is not working she was not ready to give me keys but when I asked her about the manager to talk then she gave key and the washroom was working properly. She was so rude towards the customers .

I was fueling my car at pump no. 8 this after around 14:13 at 5009 Kingsway Burnaby, Kingsway gas station. After approved my credit card, the pump was suddenly stopped. Then I re-entered all credit card information again, it finally went through. I immediately checked my bank transactions, I found 2 transactions of the same amount. Therefore I took the printed receipt inside the shop and asked the lady at the shop front. Her attitude was very rude and refused to talked to me nor provided any explanation. I had no alternative but drove my car away hoping that there will be no illegal transaction or double entries thereafter. The lady working inside the gas station is helpless and impolite. I will keep an eye on my credit card account.

One of the few gas stations that I felt unsafe at. The fact that they don't let people inside after 10pm is a sign. Staff are pretty rude as well
