Going to the gas bar today and I felt angry and confused about the customer experience with the old (I believe 50ish years old) lady (I also believe she comes from Philippines and her name tag is Mardy or something else). She hopped on the counter aggressively to overwhelmingly take over a young girl who was supposed to serve me. That's fine because I dont care provided that someone helps me in the store. Then the thing began. I came to pump gas with a promotion in my Journie app(I am a loyal member of Chevron and Journie app for many years). I tried to ask her about this promotion and conditions and she started showing her attitude with her rude talk to me and throw a unpleasant eyes to me just like I came to ruin the store or do something bad (I just want to pump gas honestly). She check me out with a very bad attitude and almost threw the receipt on the counter for me to collect. And I was not the only victim of this kind of customer experience. 2 people behind me in the line also received this attitude. I may think she has a bad hair day but ultimately we are customer coming to pump gas. We dont do something wrong. There are many gas bars on Kingsway and we choose this to support the business but this attitude scares me next time I have to consider where to pump to have a better customer service.

Picked up a new Tank Traders exchange propane tank at this Chevron for $77.99 and noted exchange tanks were $32.99. I then went to Super Save to have my other 20lb and 5lb tanks filled for a total of $26.98. Then went to Canadian Tire for a few things. Noticed the Tank Traders new tanks are only $ 72.99 and exchange tanks at $27.99. Both $5 less than Chevron for the exact same thing! Don't get your propane here, you are being ripped off!

I have been going to that same chevron for over two decades it is one of the cleanest well organized place because the hard work employees who work there.
