I seemed to have lost use of my journie card as most chevron station won't accept the journie card. What is the use of the card from chevron,? It is upsetting especially if the lady at the till impatient and starting to keep pressing to be Buzzing noise, even after I stop trying to use the journie card. It is the only gas station who keeps her fingers on buzzing at the gas pump, what is up with that???

Received excellent customer service by this member of staff: Gagan. She was VERY polite, helpful, and efficient throughout our interactions. We had stopped to fill up gas and purchase a few products. She also made sure to answer our queries on what the most suitable products would be for our needs - as we were going out on a camping trip.
Thank you kindly Gagan for the amazing customer service, and for creating such a great interaction overall. Stay Blessed 🙏

Stopped here with my wife and kids, and the women’s bathroom was one of the cleanest Gas station bathroom I have ever encountered. Super Clean and smelt so good..Moreover the staff was super friendly and approaching.

This station has the slowest pumps in the greater Vancouver area full stop.
You know at most gas stations the pump slows down right at the end of your purchase…well the pumps here go that fast the entire amount.

I’m a paying customer and stopped here to use the washroom. The older male cashier (Middle Eastern) questioned me for no reason and told me I must ask him before i use washroom even though the washroom was completely empty. No other gas station treats customers like this. This guy clearly enjoy harassing customers to make himself feel important and powerful. Ok boss of toilet you’re very powerful men now. Totally unnecessary isn’t it?

I regularly visit this Chevron for drinks and lottery, and I must say the staff and manager are always kind, helpful, and professional. I truly appreciate their excellent service and positive attitude. Keep up the great work!

Can the owners please place a yield sign at the entrance to the cul-de-sac on Norfolk Street? Too many people coming off of Willingdon Ave treat the Chevron as a road to Norfolk St and they rarely yield (as you should when leaving a driveway onto a road) before entering the cul-de-sac. The large bushes next to the transformers also make a large blind spot for drivers entering the cul-de-sac.
It would make this gas station a lot safer!
