During my visits to the area, sometimes i visited the Coast Capital Savings branch for its excellent location near many popular establishments, making it very convenient for handling banking transactions alongside other errands. I primarily use online banking and ATMs for cash withdrawals, so I did not often interact with staff in person. Despite that, I have been consistently satisfied with the services provided to members. 👍👏👌

I really can’t speak highly enough about the quality of customer service I received at this branch from Nikola, or about the readiness of Coast Capital in general to work with me and meet my needs as a new member. I’m more than happy to recommend them as an institution and to recommend this branch in particular as your best place to start if you want to ditch the big banks. It was refreshing to feel like helping me was actually the priority, and not just an excuse to take advantage or sell me something.

The branch is easy to access and quiet and has competitive interest rates on GICs BUT Coast Capital's online banking system is down so much that I end up having to do everything in person. So 1970s. Not what I expect from a modern credit union.

Nobody ever respond to phone calls on any location of this bank and meanwhile they said they are open today feb 18, after driving all the way to that location it said close Saturday feb 18 on the door.

There is always parking in the back and the staff are super quick and friendly. I always come to this branch if I have an option.

1-star off for...It being far-too cold & over air-conditioned inside.1-star off for...Step-1 is incorrectly written."Insert your card and select Language".The L shouldn't be capitalized. Based on how it's written that makes it sound like you should be looking for an option on the ATM-screen titled 'Language'. A correct version would be, "Insert your card and select a language".That's unprofessional & makes me want to switch banks.

It said open Saturday until 3 pm ( May 21,2022. ) and when I went there they are closed. Wasted my time and Gas if they only put proper information about there opening hours this will be a big help for other costumer. I will close my account on this Bank and just move to TD bank ( PS I been w/ this band for more than 15 years ). How can I trust this bank if they can not even do there basics. Unprofessional.
